Ordered iPhone 6 Plus 64gb Space Grey on 9/14 at 3:32pm using my JUMP upgrade. Backordered on 9/15 at 3am.

No charges/authorizations on my card

Received a text and email today stating my iPhone should be delivered between 9/22 and 9/30.

Robot lady still saying backordered and no status change on tmobile.com

Its seriously time to stop calling CS, they really do not know ****. I'm serious, you're only setting yourself up for dissapointment.

I mean, a rep told me my phone will ship in 4-8 weeks because its 128GB and blah blah blah...yet a label was created for me and I was a very early order. Yet I was told, FOUR TO EIGHT WEEKS.

Just stop calling them and do your own research. They really are of no help.

I gave up too. The reps are probably more in the dark the most of us. And every time I call its a disappointment. I was charged for both my orders. I have 2 shipping labels created for next day air. Yet the rep insists one of them is back ordered 4-6 weeks. And could not give any reason to why I was charged and a shipping label created for an order that is back ordered.
 
I hope Tmobile sends out a survey after this whole preorder ****!!! Lol they'll get great feedback!!! Lol

Question 2: how was our customer service? Awesome the customer service provided by MacRumor members was the best source of information available!
Question 3: was Robotbitch ever right about anything when you called her? Hell to the No!, she keeps asking me what I want. Im a very direct person. But, I don't know if she understand english.
 
6 more UPS planes from China/Anchorage about to land in Louisville over the next 12 hours. 4 of which are about to land in the next 20 minutes. Perhaps that's Friday's orders but I'm hoping it's the ones for us 9/22-30 guys all things considered that a bunch of other planes landed yesterday/this morning and mysteriously we all got texts about shipments. ;)

Bad. Really bad. Tried all day just to get 2 JUMP! orders through online.

Don't know because I only used it once and it has been uneventful so far.

Considering both my orders have been in backorder since Friday when I ordered and that's all she ever said I'd say... she's accurate.
 
when did you get that text ? cause i didn't receive anything yet , No emails or texts. I wonder up to what time the texts will be sent .. =(

They'll probably be sending them till everyone gets a phone. Lmao jk I'm being a dick! I got the 1-2 days we will let u know you're gettin ur phone for thanksgiving text lol

Received txt stating 9/22 - 9/30 not happy!

Shipping method Next Day Air

Was promised over, and over, and over again that I would have the device in my hand on 9/19. After all that is what pre-orders are for correct?

Don't believe anything from the CSRs! I was told on separate calls that delivery would be 9/19, then within 1 week of 9/19, then 1-4 weeks, then definitely 9/19, 9/22, 4 weeks, again 9/19, 4-6 weeks, and now back to 9/19 (because im going off the text, email and trk# instead of letting customer service take me for another tour of the looney bin)

So i just got off the phone with CS, rep was unhelpful but i asked to be transferred to her Supervisor and well, he was 100% better lol. We even had a few laughs when he told me that reps were essentially in the dark, and knew just as much as we did. He told me that my Order Status online shouldn't be changing, he checked on his end and he saw for himself that it went from Order Status: backordered to Order Status: Pre-order within a few minutes. He said not too look into it too much, but that it was a semi-good sign that indeed there is a chance i could be getting it on Friday. He said my chances would become bigger, as more and more people's orders get cancelled due to insufficient funds - because my order would fill in their spots asap. Overall I am bummed that after all the hours spent talking to reps (most giving me false information.. this is confirmed from a supervisor!) I still only have a chance to get it on Friday.


He also said to look more into the Order History and watch for it to change from Backordered to Fulfilled!

I pre-order 02 iphone 6+. First one in Sept 12 via upgrade and 2nd one in Sept 13 via Jump. Now the 2nd one have pre-auth on sept 16, order status still backorder. The 1st one not charge yet but order status change from backorder to pre-order.
And both of my phone get same txt msg: "Thank you for your iPhone pre-order. We will send you estimated delivery timing in the next 1 to 2 days." I don't know what going on now.
Tmobile drive me like crazy. lol

Yeah, the supervisor told me that it was all about the type of phone, color, and GB size you got. There is still a chance we can get ours on Friday, because whenever orders get cancelled due to funding issues, or other issues they are immediately filled
