T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Mine says "Pre-Ordered" for status now. It used to be order placed.... 😕

The "Preparing Shipment" date and time is actually the time and date I ordered the phone...

Not going all by what I hear on this site, but also what I have happening. Yes the CS peeps are clueless, but they are really outside the order/fullfillment side of things right now, so anything they tell you is something that was told to them. you have a web order section, the instore section and phone based orders all with their own higherarchy, so I am not surprised we have conflicting stories and people getting different results from orders placed. We will see how things come out this weekend and over the next couple weeks. In the end we are all at the mercy of Apples production line.

Yep in Phoenix area, ordered Saturday, and keeping my fingers crossed.

I received the e-mail saying i'd get an update in the next 24-48hrs regarding my order. I have not yet received an update, havnen't been charged and nothing comes up with my phone # on ups. I'd kill just for alittle information.....

I got Friday text and email nothing on ups,no charge,no tracking #####
 
I think they sent these texts to have us jumping around again. Activity on this thread after those texts went to 100%.

I got the text saying I'll get it on Friday. UPS My choice stated the phone will arrive Today(Thursday). Label still hasn't been picked up. No activity on T-Mobile account.

How did u get ups info...I put in my phone number....nada

UPS will not delivery until Friday per their agreement with Apple. A few may slip through the cracks and deliver today.
 
sooooooo my tmobile order as not been updated but i did get chargedi did receive the text and email saying it will be delivered friday, i did manage to find my order in the ups website using my phone number and it shows i should get it by thursday afternoon.... lol lets see what happens...

A post back suggested googling a coupon for a free trial of UPS My Choice. I did that and got a free year. Remember to cancel auto renew. After that you can track/get notified about anything headed to your address.

hmmm...i was one of the earlier orders: 9/12 4:25am PDT. i have both my 6 and 6+ charged to my CC...i'm a new customer so i don't yet have a tmobile account and phone no. so i can't check with UPS.

but i've never received a text or email about the status of my order...when i call, robot lady just says that i'll receive a text/email when my order is ready to ship. so, i'm guessing my order is not yet ready to ship...oh well.
 
Still no charge on my account or no texts or emails .getting worried I won't receive the phone by Friday. Order still says back ordered . I also ordered two devices at 7am est on 9/12
 
I was charged in full yesterday but as of this morning, no tracking, no emails, no texts, nada. Robot lady still says backordered and the online order status still doesn't work. Nothing via reference at ups either...

I hope I get them tomorrow...

I opted for the $24.99 shipping
 
Packages haven't even left the warehouse yet guys. Even if you have a "delivery date" for today on ups, if it has no tracking information other than "a shipping label has been created", its sitting in the warehouse.

I'm a new customer, I have not received an email and the crappy order status page hasn't updated since my order on Friday.

I do however see my shipment through UPS my choice, it hasn't been picked up yet by UPS.

I'm in the same boat as you. Ordered on 9/12 @ 8:30am EST, 6+ 64GB Grey. Nothing has happened since other than my order history was changed to 9/17 and I received the email & text about getting further delivery info in a day or two. Really irks me to see others who ordered after me receiving phones tomorrow. What a freaking mess.

Same boat, 6+ 64GB Grey, no updates, no information. Got the 1-2 day email and text, nothing else.
