T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Curious how they're shipping these. I got the text saying both my 6+ and my wife's 6 will be here tomorrow from Tmo. Found a tracking number on UPS but it's only 1.1 lbs and was under my wife's number. Seems too light for both phones.
 
I had got the email but like can I get a pending charge then il be okay lol I don't wanna go through this experience again. And I'm a first time customer and iPhone user how lovely

Lol thanksgiving sounds about right! This sucks! I won't wake up so early next time to order seems like people who ordered after me the same model and color have gotten the other two text msg that got sent out

Lol I'm jk. Idk. I'm hoping it doesn't go too deep into October. I can't believe I'm even saying that when I was guaranteed a phone on the 12th cuz I ordered at 4:50am.
 
Well this blows

I just checked my order status and it went from pending shipment 9/13/2014
to back ordered 9/18/2014 this just pisses me off. i ordered my phone on the 12th and now I am screwed.
 
so my status is "pre-ordered" and below that it says pending shipment. I also got charged the $152 on my account last night. any idea if this is a good sign?

had 2 CSR's tell me that I would get it by next wednesday and 1 tell me that I didn't make the first batch and I am looking at 2 weeks wait time.
 
Mine is going to be delivered on the 19th. It has left Kentucky. I choose standard shipping like CS told me to. Glad I didn't pay for overnight LOL.

Who believes it

Those of you with and email and text message but no tracking number how many believe you'll get it Friday? Tomorrow...I want to believe it so bad but the way it's worded "you should receive" makes me wonder...

You still provide your phone number upon checkout - I'd feel better if I got a text as well as the email because robo lady tells me to expect my order *by* the 23rd whereas the email says Friday.

On the plus side, robo lady has told me my order is processing rather than backordered, so that's something.

Still catching up on the posts... I've not received any tracking information either. However, my card has been charged as of yesterday afternoon and I did get the email and text yesterday evening that it 'SHOULD' be delivered by Friday. Order placed early in the morn on t9/12. Driving me nuts though that I have no shipping label.
Ordered 128gb iPhone 6 Plus - Space grey.

I have very little confidence that I'll have the phone in-hand tomorrow. I ordered it via 611 from T-Mobile around 5 PM EST on Friday after I canceled my Apple pre-order in favor of EIP financing. I've received the texts and emails saying I'll get it tomorrow, but I don't have any charges on my card or a tracking number at this point.

I'm working from home tomorrow just in case. If it does somehow manage to show up - it'll be like Christmas! If it doesn't, I'll probably get it around Christmas :p

We'll know for sure tomorrow morning, but this is looking more and more like these texts and emails were queued up days ago. I know it sucks, but that's what it looks like.

After getting an email from UPS My Choice yesterday telling me that my phone would be delivered today, I receive an email from them telling me:

We previously sent you a delivery alert for the package shown below. This package will not be delivered as originally scheduled. We will provide you with updated delivery information as soon as we can and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I still have the label tracking number though.

Oh man, T-Mobile is really ****ing this up now. I haven't received anything, but I feel even more sorry for someone who has a tracking number and gets THAT email.
