Ok, I tried. I don't know if I'm doing it right though, I'm entering my ten digit cell phone number no spaces no dashes and it tells me it couldn't locate shipping details for my request. So if nothing is coming up, am I to assume that T-Mobile is lying to me about getting it on Friday?

That's probably not the case. It takes UPS time to update their systems, and they are probably moving several hundred thousand iPhones today alone, in addition to their regular package flow. It might not update until late tonight.

Here's proof. This is from my store

It just means they haven't shipped it yet or it's not on the system quite yet. Did you pay for overnight? I assume they are getting the ones with slower shipping in the system first. I wouldn't worry too much unless you don't have a number by the evening.

Unfortunately this is a never ending annoyance. I know my pkgs are on the way and yet I sill keep checking my t-mobile account just because I want it to say orders ahipped.. I have a serious problem I think.

No. Everything I've seen is getting Next Day Air Saver.

As multiple people have already suggested in this thread, it is likely there are a few different batches, as JUMP people are the only ones with UPS already in it and their phones are going to be held until Friday anyway. It is likely we will see UPS tracking information tonight or tomorrow for the rest of us. They are likely moving these iPhones in massive batches, ours are probably the second one. ;)

I'm sort of where you are. Got a text and email saying I should get my phone Friday, but T-Mobile's site still says it's backordered. Trouble is I still haven't received any shipping information or tracking number so I can't even verify the date that T-Mobile says it should be here. Plus I only paid for UPS Ground so I don't know how it could possibly get here Friday if it hasn't even shipped yet. Unless I'm not being notified of that either... Were you sent a tracking number despite your supposed "backorder" status?

I'm in the same boat as well. Got the text and e-mail yesterday and still back ordered on the site.

Just for everyone trying to piece together where they are, I ordered a 6 64gb space gray on Friday the 12th via the store and signed same day. I actually ordered in the morning but systems were down all day, so my order didn't go through until 4 p.m. mountain. I am a jump customer. I got the text last night. Don't have a tracking number yet but am not worried about it.

Yep and looks like they are together. Congrats!

Thanks :D
Good luck to yourself!

As a new customer, how did you track your package? Did you get tracking information or did you use a reference? If reference, what # did you use?

I went to UPS' website, went to track by reference, and then tried it two ways. One, by my T-Mobile order number. Two, by my phone number, country, and zip code. The first only gave me a blankish looking shipping label. The second gave me my order status.

I'm non-JUMP. A new customer at that, and as previously mentioned I have my tracking info (not sent to me by T-Mo, but trackable by reference on UPS). Scheduled delivery tmrw.

Am I the only one that still sees "EIP Pending Approval" on the order page?

I ordered my phone in-store on Saturday, received the EIP and signed it that day via email. I got a confirmation email shortly after. Since then, it still says EIP pending from my order page. I called customer service yesterday in the morning and the rep told me she would re-send the EIP to sign again.

It never came, so I called CS again. This time the rep said she would check with an account specialist to look into what was happening, because she did see that they received my original EIP from Saturday even though it wasnt updating the order page. Supposedly the account specialist said it's totally normal and I should receive my shipping info on Friday when all the shipments go out.

I am a new customer and we're not off to a very good start.

An update from my side of the world.

New t-mobile client. Two line simple choice family plan.

Ordered friday at 8am est (sign up has me listed as exactly 5:06 AM PDT).

I ordered an iPhone 6 16gb Silver and a nano sim for my second line.

Yesterday I received an email that I would be receiving my order between 9/22 - 9/30. Last night I got a shipping email from t-mobile. Now the order website is showing my order as still "order placed" but with a tracking number and sure enough the ups page does show delivery for tomorrow.

If you are a new t-mobile sign up like I am and have not heard anything it's likely due to when you signed up and/or the model of phone you purchased is backed up. Which seems to be the case for the 6 plus models currently.

Did you preorder very early in the AM?

It seems like it's only JUMP and people who did it very early in the AM with shipping labels ATM

Yeah, jump customer here that ordered on the 12th. Backordered on the 13th, no charge, no tracking. Text yesterday saying sometime between the 22nd and the 30th. So much for their website saying I'd get it on launch day...

Not true.

New customer. My order was finalized on Sunday morning and I have a UPS tracking.

I could be in the minority though.
