I'm still completely in the dark about my order - the only thing I've seen are two pending charges on my card (one for a 64GB iPhone 6, the other for a 16GB iPhone 6, both silver) a couple of nights ago. I ordered at 8:01am PDT on 9/12, and received a copy of my EIP minutes later.

Could it come tomorrow? In a week? In 4 weeks? Only T-Mobile knows! :)

Created a ups account so i can track my order. It now says "in transit" "(1) business day left". and "Scheduled Delivery Updated To:Friday, 09/19/2014
Last Location:Louisville, KY, United States, Thursday, 09/18/2014" all this after being told my arrival date would be sept 25. This without overnight, expedited shipping or anything like that.:cool::apple:

Were you JUMP!? EIP?

What were your order details?

I stand corrected! I just logged in to my order status and see that it shipped yesterday via UPS One-Day!

Pretty sure we collectively know much more than T-Mobile about this pre-order.

The JUMP! priority is a load of crap nothing more. People with non jump orders are getting notifications that they will receive theirs on Friday. It doesn't matter. I have seen individuals on here that ordered days after me and they are going to get theirs Friday and even next week. Yet I got the "1 to 2 day" BS email that means nothing but backordered until probably October or later.

iPhone 6+ Space Gray 128GB
Jump Upgrade
Back Ordered 09/15/2014 at 02:59:37 AM
Order Placed 09/14/2014 at 12:28:05 PM

I want to point out I had a non JUMP order in on the 12th around 8am Central. I was advised by customer care and even their solutions team I was better off to cancel that order and do a JUMP order which I did as you can see above. From the looks of it and the numerous conversations with reps they are LIARS plain and simple. I happy for the individuals that are getting theirs but seriously I have been duped beyond belief on this situation.

You'll have WiFi (honestly who doesn't already have WiFi in their homes these days?), but it won't change your LTE at all.

True point.

I have WiFi, but this free, well-reviewed router prioritizes Wi-Fi calling automatically, something my current (not-free) router doesn't do.

Not sure what's happening with my order. I really hate this waiting game, but I guess it at least makes this week more interesting than normal.

Here is my order info:
iPhone 6 Plus - 128GB - Space Grey - JUMP
Delivery method: UPS Ground (hidden div says ETA 9/25/2014)
Ordered on: 9/12/2014 5:30AM (PST)
Received both text and email saying Friday delivery.
Pending charges on AMEX....

and that's it.

Order status on T-mobile says Pre-Order. I do not have any UPS info by entering my phone number.

All 3 of my phones were Gold, two 16's and one 64. All 6 models, no 6+.

I wish that were the case.... but I haven't seen a lot of 128 success stories especially gold

Model: iPhone 6 128GB Gold
Order Status: Pre-Order
Order Placed: 09/12; 08:11 AM EST
Backordered at: 09/17/2014 at 03:17:25 AM
Jump (Y/N): N, apparently… grrrr
Shipping Method: Overnight
Charged: $278.10 on hold

As has been explained many many times, it depends on a lot of factors. Most importantly the Phone (the iPhone 6 Plus is way more popular than the iPhone 6, and Foxconn is producing way more iPhone 6's than 6 Plus's). Also the size matters, with the 64GB being the most popular. And lastly I believe the color matters, though this year it doesn't appear to be Gold that is the color everyone wants (unlike the 5S last year).

I'm a bit nervous about the 6+ I ordered. The tracking number I pull up on UPS is under my wife's line, the white 6 I ordered and it's 1.1 pounds so my 6+ has to be in a different package perhaps. Can't find anything with my own number and no charge for the 6+ yet either.

Maybe the 6+'s are getting in today and they're shipping them separately?

source? That smells like a load of bull.

Was happy I had a label created yesterday, but now still with no movement I'm getting worried

Apparently I am not understanding how to input your info properly on the ups website. Do I just put my phone # with no Spaces? Then select United States then type my zip code below it? I am doing it that way and nothing comes up.
If anyone could please help me out I wokld appreicate it.
Thank you.

Are you using your full 9 digit zip code? You can use google to find a site that will give your whole zip based on your address.

Ordered via phone saturday

New customer 2 lines

Had full charge post tuesday afternoon

No texts

No emails

No voicemails

The non-my-tmobile order status page says "order placed"

CSRs give me any number of answers that never agree.

Anyone else a new customer and heard nothing at all?

What reference did you use?

I'd like to know this too... how to track a shipment as a new customer since you don' have a reference #

I went to UPS' website, went to track by reference, and then tried it two ways. One, by my T-Mobile order number. Two, by my phone number, country, and zip code. The first only gave me a blankish looking shipping label. The second gave me my order status.

Here. The only hope I have is that I was charged for the phones like you. But no text, no emails, didn't receive a phone call from the CEO. Still showing "Order Placed", every time I reach out to TMO I get a different answer, doubt any of them know anything at all.

Totally 100% clueless.

I have WiFi, but this free, well-reviewed router prioritizes Wi-Fi calling automatically, something my current (not-free) router doesn't do.

The only benefit I have seen to it is for most is it's 802.11ac, but I already have 2 Apple Airport Extremes with 802.11ac, and I use a Linux based router that I can easily do QOS on, so for me it's a complete waste of time. Plus my internet company charges me $5 a month for the cable modem (which has WiFi that I don't use), and this can't replace that, so most customers will still end up paying for that.

And let's be honest, the majority of America's internet isn't fast enough to even justify 802.11g (54Mbps) let alone anything faster (such as 802.11ac, what's the point of having a 1+ Gbps connection to your router if your internet is 25Mbps for example (for me it's about accessing my local servers so I like my nice 1+ Gbps connection from my Macbook Pro, which is why I already have 802.11ac))

Honestly just seems like a gimmick to me, but hey it's free! I already get 5 bars of LTE at my home (40+ Mbps down / 20+ Mbps up), so I doubt I will even turn on WiFi on my phone (as my internet is 120 / 5, so I prefer the higher upload of LTE on my phone).
