So this pretty much blows. I placed my order first thing Friday morning and have received ZERO updates since then. No email, no text, nothing. UPS myChoice also returns nothing. Looks like it was pointless to pre-order early.

source? That smells like a load of bull.

From my perspective (and by reading this thread), the consensus seems to be that if you ordered a 6+ 128GB Gold, your chances were higher (albeit not guaranteed) to get it sooner than others.

I think the priority/likelihood of a quicker shipment went as follows (the higher on the list, the sooner it should've shipped):

-6+ 128GB Gold
-6+ 128GB White
-6+ 128GB Space Grey
-6 128GB Gold
-6 128GB White
-6 128GB Space Grey
-6+ 64GB Gold
-6+ 64GB White
-6+ 64GB Space Grey
-6 64GB Gold
-6 64GB White
-6 64GB Space Grey

All the 16GB versions of each would be the hardest to get unless you ordered right around 12am PST last Friday.

I just got an update from UPS My Choice that my wife's 6 will be delivered tomorrow. This is good news, since the email I received earlier today said that yesterday's email was wrong and they would get back to me later.

I paid for overnight, but the shipping charges were removed when my card was charged. I was only charged for the taxes on my phone, they seem to even removed the charges for the sim card kits.

I paid for overnight but got charged for it too. That's BS if they don't refund everyone who has paid.

As has been explained many many times, it depends on a lot of factors. Most importantly the Phone (the iPhone 6 Plus is way more popular than the iPhone 6, and Foxconn is producing way more iPhone 6's than 6 Plus's). Also the size matters, with the 64GB being the most popular. And lastly I believe the color matters, though this year it doesn't appear to be Gold that is the color everyone wants (unlike the 5S last year).

My argument to this - I saw someone post on here yesterday that they ordered the same exact iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Gray on the 15th and they got confirmation stuff theirs should be to them Friday.

I ordered mine on the 14th. How does that work exactly...

Actually, if you've been following this thread, it's pretty consistent with what I've seen. Also, all sounds completely plausible based on how quickly the 6+ slipped into back order (and how quickly its ship dates moved back from 7-10 days to 3-4 weeks) on apple.com versus the regular 6 (still at 7-10 days across the board).

It's an article posted directly to the front page of Macrumors. It's not a load of bull at all. They are producing iPhone 6 4-1 over iPhone 6+ currently.

Yeah, I was looking for the link for it, it was on the front page yesterday..

Update: Have a pending charge from T-Mo.

I've been pinging T-Force trying to get things solved, because I'm one of the people who got the 9/22-9/30 text. I ordered on Sunday with JUMP! and paid for Express shipping, which it now seems like they're upgrading to Overnight for everyone for free.

Trying to see if it's possible that I can get my phone tomorrow. Not holding out much hope.

ALSO!

I doubt this is why people are receiving voicemails, but I *did* link this thread in an email to Legere yesterday. His office most surely knows about us.

A lot of that is going around. No explanation, all I can think of (as stupid as it sounds) is that it is all being done at complete random.

JUMP? Full Price Upgrade Existing Customer? New Customer? JUMP "supposedly" factors in, but in my experience, New Customer also factors in (want to keep them happy).

I think what's happening is the very early people are getting theirs shipped & held until Friday (JUMP) and then today the second half of the first batch is getting theirs shipped tonight and won't have to be held.

Well, I hope.
especially overnight people.

Ordered via phone saturday

New customer 2 lines

Had full charge post tuesday afternoon

No texts

No emails

No voicemails

The non-my-tmobile order status page says "order placed"

CSRs give me any number of answers that never agree.

Anyone else a new customer and heard nothing at all?

This is my story. Ordered early Friday. New Customer. Heard NOTHING since.

I'm in the same situation. New customer, ordered like half an hour after you and have no updates at all

ordered mine on the 16th and have a pending charge, I don't see it as fair to others but at the same time i moved two lines from att. My wife got an s5 but I am waiting for the iPhone 6 so I am stuck with att till i get it. Hope that the pending charge is really a sign that my phone is coming soon because i was told that no charge would be made until it shipped. we will see i suppose

I just checked and I have a pending charge from yesterday. Current status is "Pre-order" though I got a text saying "Friday" (again, not holding my breath for Friday delivery.) When it comes, it comes. Just gonna wait as patiently as I can ;)
