JUMP? Full Price Upgrade Existing Customer? New Customer? JUMP "supposedly" factors in, but in my experience, New Customer also factors in (want to keep them happy).

I'm a new customer with 2 lines, ordered the night of the 16th and have a pending charge as of this morning. Hope I actually get my phone sooner rather than later. order status is still going back and forth from pre-order to processing
 
I'm in the same situation. New customer, ordered like half an hour after you and have no updates at all

Also new customer. Ordered 9/14 and got the email and had my CC charged. Allegedly I'm getting mine Friday (says email and perhaps CC charge depending on who you ask) but robolady says by 9/23.

BE SURE TO CHECK ROBOCHICK with your order number. I found out my order - according to her - didn't exist. CSR fixed that quick.
 
I think we might have been stressing way too much about the Tmo order status, since mine still shows back ordered, while I have a tracking number ready to ship out of Louisville. I guess that when the phone is actually put on a truck for the airport Tmo will change.

I did appreciate the ground I paid for being upgraded. :)
 
Still nothing for you man… my just got scan at Louisville, KY… have the feeling most of us with shipping labels will get our phones tomorrow and t-mobile status will still say pre-order Lol
Well I did order wih overnignt, so should I get a lablel tonight?
 
I'm actually worn out by all of this. I ordered on Friday and I'm seeing people who ordered after me getting tracking info and there's nothing on UPS about my shipping. I'm a JUMP! customer and I paid the $25 for overnight shipping. On the other hand, I also didn't get my text message and email until almost 7 PM last night, so maybe I'm further down the pipeline?
 
Im currently in communication with a the tmobile executive response official and she said that the gold 128 6plus is one of the most popular phones

Several people who've posted in here (not everyone) with 6+ 128GB Golds mentioned getting emails for delivery and seemed to be charged sooner. I believe the T-Mobile servers/system merely looked at all orders from the 12th and organized them simply on date. Like, the priority may be:

-All orders on the 12th (JUMP or non-JUMP)
-JUMP orders on the 13th
-Normal orders on the 13th
-JUMP orders on the 14th
-Normal orders on the 14th

So for the 12th, it was merely first come, first served. Just how I see it.

Doubt your any further than any of us. Im honestly to the point where I wouldn't be surprised if I get my phone tomorroe and still have a status of backordered with TMO.
 
Tmobile is horrible to deal with. Holy crap. I ordered @ freak 4 am EST. I was told I would definitely receive it friday. Tuesday I called them and was also told I would get it friday.

I called today and it magically went from pending shipment to back ordered. No shipment date. No expected date nothing. Wtf is that? People who ordered after me alrdy have their tracking numbers.
 
Well.. I guess I'm about to take delivery of a phone from an ordered that was "Cancelled".


I am laughing to keep from crying at this point, lol.

Was it a Jump order? They told me that it was cancelled, though I could see it online. One of the more useful CSRs told me that it appeared the system cancelled the order and replaced it with a new order number starting with S and that's why it appeared cancelled to them. Their systems suck, basically. I will be getting my phone tomorrow as per UPS.

Still no tracking, but they're working folks!

The JUMP! priority is a load of crap nothing more. People with non jump orders are getting notifications that they will receive theirs on Friday. It doesn't matter. I have seen individuals on here that ordered days after me and they are going to get theirs Friday and even next week. Yet I got the "1 to 2 day" BS email that means nothing but backordered until probably October or later.

I want to point out I had a non JUMP order in on the 12th around 8am Central. I was advised by customer care and even their solutions team I was better off to cancel that order and do a JUMP order which I did as you can see above. From the looks of it and the numerous conversations with reps they are LIARS plain and simple. I happy for the individuals that are getting theirs but seriously I have been duped beyond belief on this situation.

You ordered one of the hardest models to find. Why doesn't anyone get that the 6+ is a scarce model. Harder to produce and less were made in terms of 6 to 6+ ratio. Even apple sold out quickly the morning of the 12th. Why would you think if you ordered the next day you would have a phone even this month
