I have a tracking number with no movenent for almost 24 hours, so its not that grear

Lots of people have gotten the texts and e-mails saying Friday and still can't look it up by reference number (or UPS My Choice). I'm not ruling anything out until 8pm tomorrow night..
 
Also very curious about this... If so, what model did you have?

I want to know the same.

I pre-ordered on 9/12 at 4:51am PST

- iPhone 6 + (16GB -Silver)
- Non-JUMP! order
- EIP signed and confirmation e-mail at 5:02am PST
- Paid $24.99 for UPS Overnight shipping
- No CC pre-authorization or charge
- Received a text and email last night stating 9/22-9/30
- Status changed from "Order Placed" to "Pre-Order" this morning.

I am pissed.

They're just a mess.

I get a text mid-day yesterday saying my card declined (even though they had a hold), so they cancelled my order.

At 6PM Eastern, I get a text telling me I should get my phone tomorrow.
7PM, I get an email telling me the same.

This morning, I get a text telling me I should check my.t-mobile for shipping info.

Meanwhile, the phone they're giving me for free for the trouble just went into backorder.

At this rate, I'll probably have four phones on my porch tomorrow.

THIS! This happened with my orders but I had EIP issues rather than payment issues.. I currently have a iPhone 6 being delivered to me on a "Cancelled" order.. haha.

If you have a hold on your card, got an email and text yesterday saying you'll get your phone Friday, and this morning received the text saying "we're shipping phones today using overnight," then cool it.
-- even if you don't have a hold on your card, it takes literally half a second to charge a credit card.

Tracking information will come this afternoon and the phone will get here. UPS is prepared for this and will be working with T-Mobile all. day. long.

They're doing this piecemeal, which is the only way to process hundreds of thousands of orders... they just can't be processed all at once, and there is absolutely zero reason to stress yourselves into anxiety over this!
 
At this point I'm actually laughing at how horrible this whole process of switching to T Mobile has been for me so far

You have to maintain a sense of humor. The past few days have been entertaining for me reading the posts. Who's pissed, twisted, going to back whatever service they had, cursing TMO, calling customer service 100 times. I haven't looked at any of the other provider postings but I'm sure they are all as screwed up as here. ☺️

Exactly. UPS can pick something up for delivery for overnight up until the late afternoon/early evening.

Still in the effing dark here because I'm a new customer. No text regarding overnight shipping. I guess I'll be surprised tomorrow like Christmas Morning waiting for Santa Clause. Hell idk anymore.

You would think that they would want to make the new customers as happy as possible! First impressions are important. I hate that I, like you, have received zero updates since my initial order.

Uuhh, well the fact that my credit card hasn't been charged, nor can I pull up any shipping information on UPS is pretty fair indication. :p

But I'm just keeping my expectations realistic here.

Please read my first quote, don't worry about the credit card. Also do not worry about the UPS shipping notification yet. As he mentions they will get generated throughout the day and you will get yours. Sign up for MyChoice UPS chances are you will get notified a label has been created before T-Mobile can send another update.

Yeah but everyone else is going to get their iPhone's before me and ITS NOT FAAAAIIIIRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! :p
 
For everyone getting the text saying they are shipping tonight via overnight did you get any emails or texts prior to that?
