T-Mobile.com preorder thread

emails and texts...tmo site still says backordered, and no tracking avail on UPS. I'm just passing time watching this thread. :cool:

Its been a nightmare for existing customers, but there system for preorders combined with a new customer coming on board truly, truly sucks. Who on Earth designed their systems?
 
My card was charged yesterday for the tax and down payment, but it stil says pending. Anyone have their charge go through on their card (not pending)

Yes (both). Pending charge but no reference/tracking # yet. I'm pretty confident the text/email pretty much locks you in barring any last minute snafus (which isn't out of the question at this point).

I don't think the pending part is a big deal it just means it is pending on your bank (like when you buy anything else and its pending for a couple of days but you already have the item.) as long as you got a charge I think thats a good sign.

Everything else is bul***** honestly.
 
And no, ironic as it is, I never got charged the $1 preauth nor any of the dates changing, just the email yesterday informing me I would get an update in 1 to 2 business days

Moto X cyber monday deal was pretty horrific too. In fact, it didn't even really work at all and they had to relaunch the next week (which went smoother).
 
hmm...so the charges for my Apple.com order which was suppose to be delayed just posted but nothing from T-Mo. Maybe I'll get both tomorrow?

If that's the case I'll probably just sell one.

I do not have my card charged, ordered 09/12 - 2:30 pm PDT
Only email from yesterday that I will be getting my phone on friday.

UPs my choice has a tracking # but it seems that it would be for the router since its 3.4 lbs.
 
This morning the status had changed from back ordered to pre order with the original dates of 9/13 for order placed and 9/14 backorder.

Now I checked and it's back to back ordered but it still says pre-orderwith the date of 9/18 and a time of 2:44 AM. Are they going to do that before providing tracking info.

I remember that. I actually signed up for 2 MotoX cards and ended up giving them away on Reddit to the best story as to why they needed them lol
 
Ordered the iPhone 6 at 7:30 am EST on T-Mobile website
iPhone 6 Gold 16 GB
No JUMP
Ordered ground shipping and got a text saying my phone will be delivered tomorrow.
I even tracked it through UPS with reference number and can confirm it's being delivered tomorrow which is awesome because I did ground shipping and T-Mobile gave me overnight shipping!
