My situation

Friday 12th: Placed my order for two 16gb around 7:30 am central time Imediately i had a pre-authorization charge for the whole amount

Wednesday 17th: Charge dissapear, came back later on but not the full amount

Thursday 18th: Received an email that my order has been cancelled.

They dont know why, i dont know why i still have the pending charge in my bank account, status page shows "order placed" new customer here

Well, from what I've been seeing, the 64gb iPhone 6+ Space Grey is super popular (I'm still thinking mine isn't coming for a week). So it's probably based on device type. But then again, perhaps a magenta colored monkey is throwing darts at a board with all of our preorder info on it.

I'd say both are plausible theories at this point.

I agree with that. 64gb 6+ in space grey was pushed to 3-4 weeks well before the other ones from Apple. Also the couple polls I've seen floating around indicate it's the most popular. And if the rumors of production yields/shortages are right then it'd explain a lot.

Xxxxx X: Hi there! We truly thank you for choosing T-Mobile as your new carrier with the coolest iPhone order! Welcome to T-Mobile Family! I'd be more than happy to assist you today!

Ha, best chat rep ever!

I feel bad that I ordered at 130pm PDT last Friday and it looks like I'm getting a phone tomorrow ahead of people that ahead of me. But...not bad enough to refuse the order. :)

That said, I think the only advice I could give right now is that if you haven't seen ANY action at all from TMO or your bank you might want to assume something's gone terribly wrong--as in your order never got in the system or it was cancelled. It seems like everyone with a valid order at least has some sign of life from TMO.

Most likely there was an issue with your order and the EIP?

What I don't understand is that both the 6+'s I ordered are saying the 22-30 text/email thing. I ordered through JUMP! on the 12th and I get no priority? Especially considering some non-JUMP guys earlier said their email/text for a 6+ 64GB SG (like the one I'm ordering) has said they're getting it on Friday.

Jump orders received priority over the weekend.

Friday orders were processed in the order they were received.

Interesting. I owned my M7 for about 5-6 months, never saw any build issues… but maybe I just didn't use it long enough. Too bad to say the least-- really would love for HTC to succeed! Love the design (really digging the Sony X3 this year too).

Here's hoping our launch iPhone 6 don't have any issues :p

It sad to say, but I agree with the build quality statement. I have an M8. Though a great phone, it's poor build quality is starting to show. I have the gunmetal grey version. Its speaker grilles are not flush with the display and have started to pop out. I can push on them, but they rise back up especially around the ffc. Also, the paint finish is starting to wear despite there being a case on the phone since day one. Aside QC, the overall user experience hasn't been fluid either. Random glitches and bug have started to show.

Build quality is horrendous on HTC devices currently. I exchanged 3 for back cameras (google Purple Haze Camera HTC One lol). Here are the issues I have had/seen with QC on them. (I have had both M7/M8 my wife as well and my parents have M7's)

All 4 M7's had purple camera issues
Volume buttons are different between them all (M7/8) Some sit flush, some stick way out
Power button issues (M7/8) Mine is flush and hard to press, my wifes is fine
Glass doesnt sit flush (M7/8) this is annoying, there is a lip on the top of my glass and on my wifes phone the speaker grill is bent almost and doesnt bend back.
My dads headphone jack died (M7)
My USB port wiggled loose and wouldnt accept a plug (6months) (M7)

Its really really bad.

I am like, 98% sure I won't be receiving my phone tomorrow. After this whole time, I still have yet to have any charges to my credit card. It's highly disconcerting. Especially when people who ordered after me have tracking numbers, charges, and what not.

Boo, you, TMo.

It's more than just time of order... Jump, model, etc.

this is such a cluster ****, they cancelled my order but just took out the money....I got the lame email last night saying it was going to be shipped....then saying it was cancelled. I just looked at my bank account and they took out 168.00, Tmobile is saying that I might get the phone...I want to pull my hair out.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I think the magenta monkey theory is looking more and more likely...at least for Friday's orders. From what I can see they are certainly not being fulfilled in the order they were received. :(

Yet it seems like Jump orders (hell, all orders) are receiving priority over Friday...

Yes. This is my belief as well. My order has been completely forgotten about, and mine was placed at 2:45am for a 128GB + in Space Gray.

I'm a business customer with 5 lines (jumping to 10 within the next month or so). This doesn't leave me with any faith in how they handle issues.

I had some build issues with one of mine (casing/glass/buttons) but the replacement was perfect. Nice effort for one of the first companies to care about build but still falls a bit short of apple quality even without issues.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME, no reason why, no remorse, now I'm at the back of the line!:mad::mad::mad:

I can totally agree with this. My wife's 6 that I ordered on 9/13 via Jump! is getting priority over the 6+ I ordered for myself via Jump! on 9/12.

I'm just so done right now, I ordered so early and yet, I have to wait until next week?! While people with the exact same phone as me, get them tomorrow, just doesn't make sense.

I feel you! No problem with my EIP and no reason for cancelation, so pissed!

Jump orders received priority over the weekend.

Friday orders were processed in the order they were received.

Which is complete utter **** considering JUMP! online was fine over the weekend and people such as myself had to battle all day through the JUMP! system on Friday just to get one order through.

It's stupid. Why can other lazy people who couldn't be bothered to order on Friday get theirs before me or even on the same week? I should be on the Friday delivery and it doesn't make sense as to why I wasn't.

I think the magenta monkey theory is looking more and more likely...at least for Friday's orders. From what I can see they are certainly not being fulfilled in the order they were received. :(

According to what I've been told by chat reps (still no response from the T-Mobile Twitter people), both of my devices are just on a backorder status. They have no idea when they'll be shipped or have any information on tracking. So basically, I could receive my phones in November of 2094.

Seriously? So people who ordered on Saturday/Sunday have tracking notices and I have nothing for ordering on Friday Morning? I'm just about done with T-Mobile before I even started.

My charge still includes my overnight shipping.

I also have been charged for overnight shipping. DO you know if they will credit us? Im scared to say anything now due to them possibly screwing up and canceling my order. I may call after the fact once I have my phone in hand and ask for a credit.

Yet it seems like Jump orders (hell, all orders) are receiving priority over Friday...

Wait is this true. It might be completely possible that when they were assigning priority they could have set all weekend orders over Friday.
How many early friday before noon pdt have ups because the rest of the orders were proscessed on saturday even if it was made on friday i think

Ouch.

I will say, the camera was the #1 reason I sold that puppy and went back to iOS with the iPhone 5S. I have no idea if the camera I had was defective-- I thought it just sucked in general.
