I can totally agree with this. My wife's 6 that I ordered on 9/13 via Jump! is getting priority over the 6+ I ordered for myself via Jump! on 9/12.

You're just complaining to complain now. They ship out based on inventory availability, and they have tons more iPhone 6 than 6+. She is not getting priority, they just have hers available while they haven't received yours yet.

I think the magenta monkey theory is looking more and more likely...at least for Friday's orders. From what I can see they are certainly not being fulfilled in the order they were received. :(

They certainly are.

There are 18 different variants of this phone. All have different stock levels. It's impossible to tell from a message board how orders are being processed.

According to what I've been told by chat reps (still no response from the T-Mobile Twitter people), both of my devices are just on a backorder status. They have no idea when they'll be shipped or have any information on tracking. So basically, I could receive my phones in November of 2094.

Seriously? So people who ordered on Saturday/Sunday have tracking notices and I have nothing for ordering on Friday Morning? I'm just about done with T-Mobile before I even started.

I've come to the conclusion that new customers are either A-not able to see any updates because they are new customers, or B- Not included.

So how do you know if it is a preauthorization or a actual charge?

Call the bank and ask them.

Which is complete utter **** considering JUMP! online was fine over the weekend and people such as myself had to battle all day through the JUMP! system on Friday just to get one order through.

It's stupid. Why can other lazy people who couldn't be bothered to order on Friday get theirs before me or even on the same week? I should be on the Friday delivery and it doesn't make sense as to why I wasn't.

I tweeted John on Friday about the issue and he replied to me at that time that the orders would be prioritized. Of course, at this point I don't even believe the CEO.

Nobody was jumped on Friday. Jump Priority began Saturday.

I can tell you that the Space Gray 6+ 64GB was an extremely popular device, and 10:04AM PT is most likely too late to make the first shipment.

My situation

Friday 12th: Placed my order for two 16gb around 7:30 am central time Imediately i had a pre-authorization charge for the whole amount

Wednesday 17th: Charge dissapear, came back later on but not the full amount

Thursday 18th: Received an email that my order has been cancelled.

They dont know why, i dont know why i still have the pending charge in my bank account, status page shows "order placed" new customer here

Same thing happened to me yesterday. They "don't know why" but it got canceled. Lame, actually sort of inexcusable because I was on the phone for over an hour placing my new order. I am switching from Verizon and getting really nervous I made a mistake.

This is how my situation looks.

(I’m theorizing that the below my the JUMP! preorder)
UPS Tracking: 1Z3V891Rxxxxxxxxxx
Delivery Method: UPS Next Day Air Saver
Weight: 1.30 lbs
Label Created On: 09/17/2014
Scheduled Delivery: 09/18/2014
Last Status: 09/18/2014 6:05AM ET, “This package will not be delivered as originally scheduled. We will provide you with updated delivery information as soon as we can and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
Previous Status: “A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated.”

So, yeah. I didn't expect it to be delivered today, but at least I'll be getting one of two 64GB 6 Plus devices via UPS by tomorrow afternoon. Where the non-JUMP! preorder one is, I have no clue. T-Mobile's website is working for me, but the above is as updated as it gets, so I'm banking on UPS' data.

Ordered a 6+ 64GB in Space Gray Friday morning at about 7AM PST. EIP, no Jump. No charge on my card yet, was backordered at 3:18 AM along with everyone else. Received the text about estimated delivery in 1 to 2 days yesterday. Nothing on UPS. No further updates since then. Getting really annoyed.

DID ANYONE HAVE UPS FOR IPHONE 6+ GOLD 128 WHO ORDERED PAST 7am pst. If so im beging you guys please message me.

I've already mentioned a few times of my situation with that configuration. Ordered at 10pm CST on Friday and I can look up my tracking number on UPS (which shows on their site as Order Processed: Ready for UPS)

Jump orders received priority over the weekend.

Friday orders were processed in the order they were received.

Correct.. if the model you ordered is backordered and you ordered friday .. having jump doesnt matter.. its in the order it was received..

Only orders placed over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) do Jump orders placed take priority over non-jump orders placed over the same 2 days.

In the end, if your model is way backordered.. jump or not, you'll wait. 64GB anything seems to have been especially hit hard. That 4x extra space seems to have motivated many to bump up one storage step...

Not something you can blame T-Mobile for.. it's a supply issue. That said.. their communication in all this could certainly be much improved.

Your wife's phone isn't getting priority. You ordered 2 different models there. Did you stop to think that the 6+ are just sold out and the 6 isn't? Apple made more of the 6 than 6+ on a 4 to 1 ratio

Definitely not complaining. I'm happy one of us is getting one! I still think the 6+'s probably weren't ready to ship until today anyway. But it does seem like her order went much smoother than mine on 9/12.

To line up or not to line up?

Ordered iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Gray at about 8:30 am CST. Paid for over night (feel like a fool now!). Was told that phone will be shipped out on the 19th and sincere there is no Saturday delivery I should get it Monday. First notifications were 'backorder'. Got text and email yesterday "Great News! You should receive your iPhone 6 Plus on Friday. We'll send another text with your tracking number once it ships". There is no activity on the credit card. Got text today "We are shipping orders today using overnight delivery. Check www.mytmobile.com for tracking information". On my t mobile the status has changed from 'backordered' to 'preorder'. Talked to CS once or twice - highly inconsistent responses - they basically don't know anything. Tried UPS tracking with phone - no luck.

If there is no tracking info by tonight. Thinking of 'being sick' tomorrow and lining up at the local apple store!

Tmobiles Twitter dept is useless. I DMed with them and was only given a canned response. I ordered a 6+ 64gb Space Grey. Order placed on the 12th at 0652hrs CST over the phone. There has been no charge or hold on my credit card.

"Thanks! I see that the order is still showing as back ordered. We're shipping devices in the order that the orders were placed and... 1/2"

"...you'll receive an email when yours ships. *JB 2/2"

This is ****ing ********....

Yes, ordered 6+ 128 GB Gold ~2:30 PM PST (Friday Launch). Got UPS MyChoice email early this morning with tracking confirming arrival tomorrow. Prior to that, the only "good" news I got was the email from Tmo saying I "should" be receiving my phone by Friday. Order status on Tmo site never moved from "order placed". Never got a text (but not a Tmo customer til' now so that makes sense).

Looking for someone that wants to swap for a Space Gray....

did you guys sign your EIP agreement? that they email you?
thats one of the ways it could of been cancel or Insufficient funds on your card?

I had to electronically sign mine. Was told if I didnt it would be cancelled after 48 hours.

I've come to the conclusion that new customers are either A-not able to see any updates because they are new customers, or B- Not included.

New customer here (ordered Monday). I've received the "Friday" email and when I call Robot Lady (probably been about 1,000 times now), I get the "processing" response. Also been charged (pending). It may just depend on the model, TBH. I still can't login to MyTMobile, of course, since I'm a new customer. Just relying on the email + charges, but it remains to be seen...

Have a pending charge that says "t-mobile for $78.06, the cost of the tax and overnight shipping. Is this a preauthorization or a charge? I also got Friday text and email, I had a pending $1 from t-mobile earlier in the week.

New Customer

If you are a new customer like me, you should sign up for UPS My Choice.

I received no text, no email, can't access my.tmobile.com tracking and the new customer status page still says Order Placed. Signed up for UPS My Choice yesterday and I received a package coming email this morning from UPS with a 9/19 delivery date and it's already in transit. The tracking actually says that the order was processed yesterday morning at 5:02 AM.

If not for the email, I'd still be stressing right now on whether my phones are coming tomorrow since there is absolutely zero communication from T-Mobile.

That literally makes no sense.

Friday should still take priority over the weekend, regardless if it was placed in a first come first served basis. Yet Saturday and Sunday are currently taking priority over Friday in general.

It should be
1. Friday- first come first served
2. Saturday Sunday- Jump first then Non Jump
