I wish you better luck than I've had. I emailed John Legere yesterday - no one responded. Today I tweeted him and @TMobileHelp and TMo Help asked me to DM my mobile # and order # so they could look into it - TERRIFIC, me thinks. Not so fast... here's their response:

"Thx for the info. We confirmed it is in processing and currently on backorder. All orders will show as backorder until the date of availability. At that time you'll be provided more info via email."

Seriously?? That's your response, TMo? So then why did I receive the email and text yesterday saying I'd receive the phone tomorrow, and today's text about overnight shipping? That's why I was questioning no status change and no charge or auth on my card. And I now know no more than I did on Saturday morning.

It definitely looks like someone screwed up sending those Friday txt and emails out. Disappointing.
 
It won't. It'll arrive to a bunch of people and then there will be 2 million threads about:

"this area looks yellow"

"is that a gap on the glass and aluminium? this would have never happened under Jobs!"

"curved glass that can easily crack when dropped??? what was Ive thniking!!!!!"

"apple pay not working"

That's what that sweet 4% of excess stock at the Apple Store is for!
 
So mad right now. I was on the phone at 5:42AM PDT on 9/12. I haven't been able to use the online order status page at all. I have been on back order since 9/12. Yesterday I was charged for the full amount. Havent received any texts or emails about shipping. Opted for the 24.99 expedited shipping. Not one update....
 
When, how and what did you order?

I ordered a Space Grey 16GB iPhone 6 online on Sept. 12th at 7 PM EST. I upgraded without JUMP and signed the EIP immediately. I also got ground shipping but I got upgraded to Next Day.

So does that mean at midnight when the iPhone officially becomes available there will be a flurry of emails and texts?
 
LEt me ask this: How many of you are new customers with multiple lines who had the website fail so they had to call in their orders?

I wonder if its because the cs didn't add our emails to the order that we are not getting responses. (Might be different then the eip email)

I mean, it makes good sense to charge people money for devices before shipping them. And before the whole text message\email message fiasco happened, I spoke to a supervisor that was 100% that I was getting day one devices.

So who knows, but I feel good :cool:!
 
Anyone on the west coast get tracking for their purchase yet? If you did, list model, size, color, date and time ordered (don't forget AM or PM), and state you're having it shipped to.
 
Don't think any new customers received those emails or texts. And don't think we will get a shipping notification. We will just either get our phones or not get them tomorrow.

Not true. I'm a new customer and I got the email saying I'll have the phone tomorrow. It also said I'll receive shipping notification.

Just thought I'd add to the hype. Holding the Plus leather case and it doesn't actually feel that big.. well, at least as big as I thought it would be.

On the tmobile site the estimated DELIVERY date for an iphone 6 16gb in gold will be 9/26 - gives me slight hope that they are not as far behind as it seems, although that date also may just be bogus...
 
is anyone getting one? i always do zagg and i think ill do a full body this time. they're so much better then actual cases that add bulk


I've used Skinomi screen protectors on everything. They have a Lifetime Guarantee and are really great. My brother had tried a Zagg on my son's iPad and it was awful. I removed it and replaced it and no problems.
