I wish you better luck than I've had. I emailed John Legere yesterday - no one responded. Today I tweeted him and @TMobileHelp and TMo Help asked me to DM my mobile # and order # so they could look into it - TERRIFIC, me thinks. Not so fast... here's their response:
"Thx for the info. We confirmed it is in processing and currently on backorder. All orders will show as backorder until the date of availability. At that time you'll be provided more info via email."
Seriously?? That's your response, TMo? So then why did I receive the email and text yesterday saying I'd receive the phone tomorrow, and today's text about overnight shipping? That's why I was questioning no status change and no charge or auth on my card. And I now know no more than I did on Saturday morning.
It definitely looks like someone screwed up sending those Friday txt and emails out. Disappointing.
