Order is still being processed and the status on website says Pre-Order with check mark and last update was "BackOrder 09/17/2014 at 03:17:17 AM"
I got an email and text message for Friday delivery and also got the message this morning about overnight deliveries.
My account is pending the downpayment for the phone.
I called 611 today and the rep told me my phone is backordered with no estimate for delivery and she told me to ignore the notifications for friday delivery. I paid for UPS Express and she told me that it cant be refunded either.
At this point, I feel like canceling my order and porting to ATT. Im fed up with T-mobile service as it is and this is just making it worse.
Here's one. Now I haven't seen anyone with this phone and with ground shipping getting their phone tomorrow.

I just got off T-Mobile Sales and this is a summary of this madness.
T-Mobile Tracking says "Order Placed"
Text and Email from 09/17 says delivery between 09/22 - 09/30
Robo-Lady from Sales HotLine says "being processed" delivery 09/19
Now the Sales Representative says my order is "Backordered" and that estimated delivery is betweek 09/19 to 10/24! This is just crazy! Money went back to my account but she said i'll be charged again when the device ships who knows when!
But at least my order wasn't cancelled because of their "glitch".
