It's nice that legere is replying...but I honestly don't think he knows what's going on with the preorders, emails, texts, and distribution problems. But hopefully you get your phone soon...

It's nice that legere is replying...but I honestly don't think he knows what's going on with the preorders, emails, texts, and distribution problems. But hopefully you get your phone soon...
Damn mine still has the Original Origin scan from this morning and thats it. My phones plane ticket must be for later tonight

Order is still being processed and the status on website says Pre-Order with check mark and last update was "BackOrder 09/17/2014 at 03:17:17 AM"
I got an email and text message for Friday delivery and also got the message this morning about overnight deliveries.
My account is pending the downpayment for the phone.
I called 611 today and the rep told me my phone is backordered with no estimate for delivery and she told me to ignore the notifications for friday delivery. I paid for UPS Express and she told me that it cant be refunded either.
At this point, I feel like canceling my order and porting to ATT. Im fed up with T-mobile service as it is and this is just making it worse.

Text and Email from 09/17 says delivery between 09/22 - 09/30
Robo-Lady from Sales HotLine says "being processed" delivery 09/19
Now the Sales Representative says my order is "Backordered" and that estimated delivery is betweek 09/19 to 10/24! This is just crazy! Money went back to my account but she said i'll be charged again when the device ships who knows when!
But at least my order wasn't cancelled because of their "glitch".

yea most likely it will get that departure scan in the next few hours.. mines departed louisville, ky at 3:20pm and arrive at jaimaica, ny at 5:33pm so about 2 hours
Don't feel that way. I can honestly say every rep has a different answer. It still could happen!

When I placed my order the Store rep signed me up for Jump (without asking). I was told it would not become active until my iPhone 6+ shipped.

Yep. Mine just has ready for pick up but I have a feeling they have an army working around the clock to get these orders out. I may be lucky by having next day air saver. If we don't get them by tomorrow may have to wait until Monday. UPS does not usually deliver on Saturday.
I work at UPS in Texas and my HUB was forecasted to get around 5500 phones for delivery and we only got around 2300. We were told that some got held up in Kentucky and a shortage coming from China.

Here's what I think...if you ordered 9/12 iPhone 6 you are getting your order tomorrow, 6+ it's possible. 9/13-9/14 iPhone 6 possible tomorrow iPhone 6+ unlikely. 9/15-onwards unlikely for tomorrow possible by 9/30 likely soon after.
