I was told that you can just refuse shipment in order to cancel the order by one of the lovely chat reps who have obviously been dealing with angry people all day. :rolleyes:
 
I can't even count how many times I was told something different by the reps! I'm just hoping we're looking at some shiny new devices tomorrow!

I think I have a better chance of winning the lottery, seeing god or being struck by lightning then I do receiving my phone tomorrow!

Well, turns out it was the 6+ Red Leather case. Feels soooo great in the hand and I can easily reach across the screen. Now I'm just super hyped up and getting impatient. Did I mention upset?

Well theres a good chance if you get struck by lightning or win the lottery that you would see god too.
 
So about all of us who are new customers, ordered more than 1 phone and haven't received any emails/texts/voicemails..

Don't think any new customers received those emails or texts. And don't think we will get a shipping notification. We will just either get our phones or not get them tomorrow.
 
Seeing all this shipping stuff is putting me in a really cranky mood, I think that's it with TMo for me.


I'm trying to work up the will to stand in line all night now.

I hate waiting! I kind of feel bad for those reps, though. :p

New customer here - ordered 1 phone but did get a shipping email the other day. No tracking number though, still waiting on that beauty to pop in my inbox..
 
Emailed John about 9 hours ago, didn't get anything at all back. Tweeted him a while ago and he responded saying @TMobileHelp would help me and I got a bunch of tweets from that account but I've DMed them and still have no answers..

I wish you better luck than I've had. I emailed John Legere yesterday - no one responded. Today I tweeted him and @TMobileHelp and TMo Help asked me to DM my mobile # and order # so they could look into it - TERRIFIC, me thinks. Not so fast... here's their response:

"Thx for the info. We confirmed it is in processing and currently on backorder. All orders will show as backorder until the date of availability. At that time you'll be provided more info via email."

Seriously?? That's your response, TMo? So then why did I receive the email and text yesterday saying I'd receive the phone tomorrow, and today's text about overnight shipping? That's why I was questioning no status change and no charge or auth on my card. And I now know no more than I did on Saturday morning.
 
just got an update on ups.com under shipment progress. the eagle has arrived and been scanned in my city! arrived in jacksonville fl @ 5:52pm!!
