what's the direct number to input order number for robot status? i know it was in thread previously but can't find it.

Robot lady has always said back order for me.

I haven't gotten a single text/email/notification since my order

The only reason I know my phone is coming is because of myUPS

JUST TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Some of the worst I've ever seen.
 
Don't know what to believe after reading some previous posts but here are my updates:

Preordered iphone 6, 64GB, gold at a T-Mobile store on 9/13 at around 1pm EST
Credit card got charged on 9/16 but is still pending.
Got text on 9/17 5:47pm EST that my iPhone will be received on Friday.
Another text on 9/18 11:27am EST that they are shipping orders today using overnight delivery.

No tracking number received and when checked online still says backordered.

whats funny is I have gotten all the text and emails about it coming tomorrow and overnight shipping yet no UPS info
 
So John Legere just called me..... Promised Me my phone will arrive tomorrow.... Not Kidding....

About to **** my pants right now. Gave him my tracking info.

Looks fake. I thought iPhone 6 box doesn't show the office on the front any more

Gee, I wouldn't think a UPS job would be worth doing that....

You would be suprised - I am a warehouse manager for the UPS hub here - everyone from the bottom up gets very generously taken care of pay/benefit wise.

Will throw yall a bone though - just got done watching pallets from Apple getting sorted and distributed here at DFW.

Seeing quite a bit going through the tmobile sorting channel.
 
LEt me ask this: How many of you are new customers with multiple lines who had the website fail so they had to call in their orders?

I wonder if its because the cs didn't add our emails to the order that we are not getting responses. (Might be different then the eip email)

Ordered online 9/12 8am, two iPhone 64 go, one plus one reg. Order canceled reorder on 9/15, robot lady says tomorrow for shipping that's it
 
Ugh! Finally got charged the full amount for my 64gb iPhone+ space gray. This was in the last 20 minutes. It appears they charged overnight shipping, but I'll deal with that after it gets here...
 
According to flight tracker my shipment is flying over New Mexico as we speak. Only UPS flight out of Louisville around my departure scan time.

add them on facebook leave a comment on the page or send them a direct message... on twitter they have to follow you before you send them a direct message

They literally just give you the same canned response, same thing I got on chat. Not worth the trouble.

Y'know, when I think about it, I'm not mad about people who ordered after me getting their phones before me (because it truly all seems random and being pissed about it doesn't help one bit)... what I'm livid about is all the misinformation, contradictory information, and lack of information. No one at TMo can tell anyone anything for sure about their order, and every rep says something wildly different than other reps.

I honestly think I'd be thrilled with any date up to 10/3, and miffed but OK with any date in October - as long as I got some sort of consistent & definitive info. (I'd also like a foot massage from Katee Sackhoff, but that ain't happening either).
