Yes, exactly the same model, size, etc. I hate inequity, I hate favoritism and I hate misinformation. T-Mobile is hitting all three.
I just called Robo-b*tch and she finally changed from "on back order" to "Processed but not shipped".
Everyone is getting excited about their card being charged and mine has been charged since I pre ordered using Jump in store on Friday, yet mostly everyone is getting some kind of confirmation that their phone is coming tomorrow, and I'm sitting in the dark. The part that's pissing me off is the fact that I'm in the dark and I'm literally running off speculation and hope.
Hi I'm new here. How can he say they can't publish tracking when people already have their phones en-route or a tracking number that shows up on ups site. I have received the 3 texts from T-Mobile indicating I would get my phone tomorrow. When I query ups with my phone number there is no record of it. I ordered Friday morning around 8am ET over the phone because the website couldn't pull my account info. I tried from 3am. I questioned T-Mobile via twitter, no response to my DM's. I hope everyone gets their phones tomorrow.

I got the same and she said it'll be delivered tomorrow.
I also got the text/email but the date is set between 09/22 - 09/30.
And the best part, Sales Rep said it's backordered and may arrive anytime between 09/19 - 10/24!
But then again, I ordered on the 14th.
But from the way it looks, it doesn't matter when you ordered.
This pre-order system they have is quite messy!
Same here. I called 15 minutes ago and it was backordered, now it is being processed.
Call me crazy, but I have a feeling that T-Mo just got their second big batch of iPhones for shipment tomorrow.

Lasted 2 minutes He said they underestimated the amount of 6+ orders...said the texts are fairly accurate for Friday and you will get it Friday if you're near a hub but MOST will to Monday... They're expediting most deliveries to express

i could cry omg robolady FINALLY changed from backordered to processing for me! The number of times I've called that number is actually crazy. So happy to finally have a change
