So I'm pretty frustrated/disappointed in this entire experience.

Site was down at 3:01am est. (TMobile's) I waited up all night still down but customer care opened at 6am est. I called immediately and was put on hold 40-50min. I placed my order the lady assured me it was in on time and I even got the over night shipping. Non-Jump customer, 10 yrs+, perfect on time account for 3 lines. Site didn't even come up till my call was over. And proceeded to go down on and off all morning/afternoon.

Next morning I called to ask about my normal bill being charged 2x and was fixed and I double checked on my order. That man even said the order was in and looking good for release delivery. Said he was above a supervisor too so he could give me good info.

Saturday afternoon I got a text I was backordered, same day they advertised the jump priority orders all weekend. Then next rep said it just says back-ordered till release date and I'd be fine for getting it release day since the time I ordered was early. No one was jumping lines etc. Was a publicity announcement.

Yesterday I got a text saying my phone's date of delivery is between 9/22 and 9/30 and I'd get a tracking number later. Today I have checked nonstop for ups labels and I checked my banking no charge. 1 rep said they didn't get their phones in on time. Next rep said most were getting them delivered with no tracking. But I don't have a label.

Why are people with dates/times after me getting the phone ahead of me, even some of the same color/size. And why does EVERY rep have a different answer.

Beginning to believe my entire order was a lie.
 
Y'know, when I think about it, I'm not mad about people who ordered after me getting their phones before me (because it truly all seems random and being pissed about it doesn't help one bit)... what I'm livid about is all the misinformation, contradictory information, and lack of information. No one at TMo can tell anyone anything for sure about their order, and every rep says something wildly different than other reps.

I honestly think I'd be thrilled with any date up to 10/3, and miffed but OK with any date in October - as long as I got some sort of consistent & definitive info. (I'd also like a foot massage from Katee Sackhoff, but that ain't happening either).

Dude, you reached my level of frustration like 5 pages ago! Honestly, I agree, but from what I've been seeing from other carriers, it's not dramatically better.
 
I wouldn't image there would be phones shipping out after 8:30 EDT.

Could be. Although I think the volume that they are seeing is so incredibly high that if they do not work around the clock, this will back them up severely from making other deliveries on top of the new phones. Then you also have the weekend which UPS does not deliver. Come Monday they will be slammed from the weekend and all the other phones that weren't delivered then it snowballs. I think they want to avoid that.
 
whats funny is I have gotten all the text and emails about it coming tomorrow and overnight shipping yet no UPS info

I got charged the full amount on the 16th around 3PM pacific time. Received the text/email saying I'll receive it this Friday late in the day yesterday and I received a text this morning around 9AM saying my phone is shipping tonight. However, my T-Mobile order page says pre-ordered and I have no UPS tracking at all. When I plug my phone number into UPS it doesn't give me any tracking information.

I preordered the space gray 64GB iPhone6 on the 12th at 6AM pacific time via T-Mobile upgrade (no jump since my current phone was paid off) and signed my EIP before 6:30AM.

Yet people who preordered 24+ hours later have UPS tracking set-up. I don't know what's going on honestly.

I'm in the SF Bay Area.
 
I wish you better luck than I've had. I emailed John Legere yesterday - no one responded. Today I tweeted him and @TMobileHelp and TMo Help asked me to DM my mobile # and order # so they could look into it - TERRIFIC, me thinks. Not so fast... here's their response:

"Thx for the info. We confirmed it is in processing and currently on backorder. All orders will show as backorder until the date of availability. At that time you'll be provided more info via email."

Seriously?? That's your response, TMo? So then why did I receive the email and text yesterday saying I'd receive the phone tomorrow, and today's text about overnight shipping? That's why I was questioning no status change and no charge or auth on my card. And I now know no more than I did on Saturday morning.

I emailed John and got 3 executives replies.
 
OK I got the text message the emails etc that my phone will come tomorrow. Checked my account status says backordered 9/18 2:27

T-Mobile is clearly screwed up and had no clue how to do a pre order .
Guess it's AT&T after all tomorrow

We are in the same boat except I ordered a 64GB 6+ in Space Gray, asked for overnight shipping but was told it wasn't offered..

and as I was about to rant and moan and rave I got charged.
 
Just got this but I still have my doubts sigh

Dude, you reached my level of frustration like 5 pages ago! Honestly, I agree, but from what I've been seeing from other carriers, it's not dramatically better.

I'd almost say screw it and go back to Sprint if I thought I stood a snowball's chance of getting the phone any sooner. And I'd cancel this TMo order and try my luck in person tomorrow if someone hadn't posted several pages back that they cancelled and then still got charged afterwards.
 
does a ups label at least exist for you?

Starting to feel like its the phone thats the issue...

Well, this is moderately promising. Robo-lady has been telling me 'Backordered' for days, and for most of the day today, but that just changed with my most recent call. Now it is 'being processed but not yet available for shipment'

I've had a preauth on my card since 9/16. I also received the '9/22-9/30' email yesterday.

Nothing on UPS for me... I do live 2 hours north of Louisville so maybe it will still happen tomorrow.
