CC charge from both apple and tmobile but tracking #...oddly enough, my CC company called me about a $50 charge for the case to ensure it wasn't fraudulent but not a word on 2 charges for for the phones both of which were full price.

not that I'm that rich, just hedged bets to try to ensure getting one tomorrow looks like I lost on both accounts...

But...you are Rich, aren't you?

...

I'll see myself out. :D

Wut? For real? FedEx?
Maybe we've been going about this all wrong guys!

UGH. Hope you did get it sorted with Apple. My bank has changed my debit card twice since the Target holiday data breach... I hope this charge doesn't come up looking "fraudulent" and get arbitrarily rejected.

yeah the lady at apple, she said my order should stay as is once we got it authorized, so hopefully...i guess I know for next time too call credit card in advance to not block or whatever it is they do...

Got the order processing message and a charge from t mobile from Chase!

I think it's going to ship tomorrow :)

Let's hope for a Monday delivery

RoboLady told me my 6Plus 64GB Silver is "being processed but not ready for shipment"
I guess it's better than a Backordered status

Totally agree. This is T-Mobile getting caught with their pants down. Maybe they have too many new customers.

The only reason why there's so much rage in this thread is how the "crowd control" aspect about this has been them ******** the bed for a whole week. This is macrumors- we're all pretty understanding and cool about apple products being in high demand. But to handle customer interaction in such a slapdash manner for days on end with no real attempt at widespread mitigation...that's not cool.

Just talked with a CSR, and she told me that no tracking info would be available until tomorrow. So, I'm just gonna leave it alone until tomorrow.

This is comforting news. I was starting to get worried. I'm sure T-Mobile thinks they're dealing with toddlers by now and can't believe this iPhone cult.

When I pre-ordered the iPhone 5 on ATT, I could track the package prior to launch day all the way from China. Got it launch day afternoon. Trust me, it's not UPS' fault.

UPS sent me the tracking info tmobile never did which is weird. I think their system is just a mess right now and some peoples orders are obviously not getting updated.

I originally went into the store because this order was suppose to be a jump upgrade and its not they told me they couldnt help me over the phone I had to go in. They told me in the store I wouldn't get it because it was backordered and it would be a couple weeks or more and they couldnt cancel the order because they didn't have t in stock said I could come in release day and do the jump upgrade and cancel it then. (Im glad they couldnt or thought they couldnt cancel it) and this shows that a lot of the people working there are misinformed and giving bad info to customers.

The phone is on its way despite their system being behind in updating if it wasn't for ups my choice delivery notifications id be lost about whats going on with the phone. UPS isnt the problem tmobile is.

However the text from tmobile I just got saying I couldn't view tracking on ups prior to launch date is random and weird. Esp being my phone has been shipped but they weren't the ones to notify me about it lol

look, john legere doesn't care about your individual order and whether or not it's processed. his tweets are canned responses by him or his assistant...and mostly for good PR and damage control. he has no idea why one's particular order has been screwed up or went missing or why texts were sent, etc. and any "promise" that it will be looked into is, well, dubious at best. cynical? of course.
