So I called the affectionately named RoboLady, and she said my order is "being processed, but not yet available for shipment." Have you guys determined this to be a good thing?

Just called and got the same processing but not yet shipped.

6+ Silver 16GB ordered on Fri around 5PM CST on Jump.

I still havent been charged yet, and online still shows backordered.

What are the odds they just updated the recording to appease us? lol

Emailed John. Emailed Executive Response team members. Still no concrete info. People are being told shipping is being waived, others have no idea.

T-Force is flat-out ignoring my DMs on Twitter and only feeding me canned responses everyone here has seen. I've been charged but haven't yet received the tracking number. Robot Lady says I'm processed/not shipped.

At this rate I'll just fire up Destiny and take my aggression out on the Vex.

UMTS is the most advanced form of GSM 3G, but it is not as advanced as LTE.

UMTS is kind of like 3G+. It got faster and faster until replaced by true 4G. It's the predecessor to true 4G which is LTE. If your TMO phone shows 4G it has switched down to UMTS. It's almost as fast as LTE, but not quite.

I've only been charged and had the status update in the last hour, I thought it was good, though in a way because if they have my money, I want my phone.

i called after i spoke to someone she had told me that the status was pending. so i got off the phone and called the robot lady and she said its processing but not ready for shipment and il recieve a email once ship. i ordered 6+ gold 64gb

Also, has anyone asked a chat CS rep what their status is after having Robo Lady's changed status? Curious to see if they literally have access to the same systems...

I just called a rep after hearing robo lady say my order is being processed but not ready for shipment and the site says back ordered. She said that no one is getting tracking numbers till tomorrow meaning that no one gets phones till Saturday, which is a blatant lie. Then she said she sees it as back ordered and we have the same info they do. She said they don't ship anything without emailing you the tracking number so you can track it. Even though I explained you can find the labels via reference search in some cases were even tracking their phones to them as we speak. She was set on they aren't shipping till tomorrow.

So 3rd time calling today and all entirely different information.
