I got all the text and emails for friday and overnight ship, robo lady just updated from backorder to processing but not shipped
Reps have literally told everyone every single day "tracking info is coming tomorrow." And every "tomorrow" becomes a yesterday.
Can you tell us what you mean! please explain, in detail what you mean, you're so vague... like when some of my girlfriends have nicely said 'no'... too vague to comprehend...

Actually its not tmo's fault thats the bank...my bank called me today for my other phone i ordered direct from apple, my damn visa declined it, they called and asked me i told them, then i had too call apple and straighten it out...nowadays some credit/debit cards wont approve over X amount for fraud etc

earlier today it was "backordered". no idea what this means, but there's some change going on.

ordered 6 and 6+ on 9/12 at 4:25am PDT, new customer, CC charged two days ago. no emails/txt received.

lol, robolady doesn't even have my order number right. It has one that's very close, but one digit off (e.g. order number is 11223344, she has 112233344 - too close to be chance). I hope these aren't manually entered for her. I called in, but sounds like I got routed overseas, and no help as usual.
@tmobilehelp asked me to DM them my info, then proceeded to ignore me when I gave it to them. Email to Legere this morning also ignored. (yes, I was polite)

Ordered 2am PST by phone on the 12th
16gb space grey iphone 6 (overnight delivery)
was told by rep I'd get it by the 19th
Tmobile sent me a backordered text and email that morning.
My order status was backordered online.
I have signed up for ups my choice delivery so I get notifications of shipments. The 17th around noon I got an email saying I would get a package from tmobile tomorrow. But the actual tracking showed it hadn't arrived at the facility just that a shipping label had been created. ETA was the 18th (today). Tmobiles site still had my status as backordered online. This morning it was updated to the 19th and in transit arrival scan in KY then hours later it shows it departed KY with an ETA of the 19th between 11-3pm (Im in cali)
I checked tmobiles site and my status had been updated to preorder shows no tracking or ETA. Then I just got a text 10 mins or so ago saying.
"For all Pre-Orders your tracking number will not be visible on UPS.com prior to the product launch date"
I honestly don't know what the heck that means being mine shows just fine and tmobile itself hasn't provided me with the tracking info.

Everyone when giving this type of information pleae give the Time of the CC Charge and the Text message timestamp. So that we have an idea of how things are progressing.
GREAT, got the ups update for package scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, through UPS next door, with 0.50lbs, it also shows ARAMEX on the UPS site, not sure what that is.

CC charge from both apple and tmobile but tracking #...oddly enough, my CC company called me about a $50 charge for the case to ensure it wasn't fraudulent but not a word on 2 charges for for the phones both of which were full price.
not that I'm that rich, just hedged bets to try to ensure getting one tomorrow looks like I lost on both accounts...

When I pre-ordered the iPhone 5 on ATT, I could track the package prior to launch day all the way from China. Got it launch day afternoon. Trust me, it's not UPS' fault.
UGH. Hope you did get it sorted with Apple. My bank has changed my debit card twice since the Target holiday data breach... I hope this charge doesn't come up looking "fraudulent" and get arbitrarily rejected.
Does anybody know if you're able to call UPS when you have a tracking number to have them hold your package for pick up I have moved into a new area that has a hard time getting UPS deliveries. That's all I need another problem LOL
Just talked with a CSR, and she told me that no tracking info would be available until tomorrow. So, I'm just gonna leave it alone until tomorrow.
