T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Hi guys,

So, if I give up on the clusterf*ck that is AT&T and change to T-Mobile, does anyone know what their current shipping estimates are for the 6+? Specifically the 128gb, in Silver or Space Gray. I know it won't get it anytime soon obviously, but just wondering if it's mid/late October/November or later.

I asked them but they said they can't give shipping estimates until after I order which seems completely counter-intuitive.

Maybe this whole ordeal will teach us never to trust a company who can't even manage a transparent PNG.

New tmobile customer switching from ATT. Ordered over the phone AM on 9/12. Randomly my 4x sim card starter kits were just delivered by UPS. I had no idea they were coming. Maybe the phones will come tomorrow after all...
 
Placed an order at 1 PM PDST on 9/15. An authorization for the invoice amount showed up on my card the same day. Next day another charge was authorized for a lesser amount.

Ordered a iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey. Both authorizations are still on my card.

Received the Friday email, but no texts. (New customer).

Called Robo Lady and she told my order is processing and should be delivered on 9/19.

lol yeah what the guy above wrote too. Its a giant mess. The site was the last one to come up. Some customers couldn't even upgrade. SOOO many conflicting messages, emails, texts, CSReps that all say different things every time you call. No shipping labels for some yet, others have them.

You're supposed to have an enjoyable experience buying a 900+ dollar piece of technology. This has been more of a hassle, stressful chore.
 
Anyone here in Salt Lake City, UT know of any stores T mobile stores that are having the iPhone 6 plus tomorrow. Come on Utahns help me out. lol I order mine on 9/12 5:35am and i only got the 1-2 estimate delivery email and text.

Were you charged for both phones or just one? I ordered the exact same 6+ before you, also non jump, yet I haven't had any charges come through, no movement, got the 1-2 days update text yesterday. This is starting to make zero sense at all.

UPDATE!!!! I tweeted John Legere! And he came through!!! One of my phones is on it's way!! Robobitch AKA TOLULA said my order shipped today and it gave me a tracking number but I got a text message that ups tracking numbers won't be working so I'm all good!! Now I'm just waiting for my 6+. I'm glad I'm atleast gettin one of them here tomorrow!!!

P.s. This pre order still sucks balls!! Lol
P.s.s. Even though john Legere has a Botox face he's a badass for responding to his people!!! Haha

I had a lot of problems placing my order so I emailed Legere who referred me to Ami. She helped place my order but not until Sunday evening. I asked her for a bill credit and prioritized delivery since my initial order from Friday morning was canceled. Said she would work on the prioritized delivery but haven't heard anything since. No texts or emails and no charge to my card.

I called Gateway store and they said that they had 6 pluses, but wouldn't give me the number of phones they had. WTF? Their number is 801-456-0050

So pretty much the same as AT&T then. I guess I'm boned.
 
Those of you that have been through the process, I called the robot and my order has gone from Back ordered earlier today to "Processing but not yet available for shipment." Does that mean it's on its way for tomorrow? I got all those other texts and e-mails saying it was coming tomorrow and overnight shipping, card has pending charges, etc.
