So I think I've figured out why my 128GB SG 6 is still sitting in Louisville. I looked up the flight history for UPS flights between Louisville and Detroit (my home airport) and they operate flights departing Louisville at 5:00am every day except Sunday and Monday over the past month. I'm expecting my phone to be on tomorrow's flight, arriving at DTW around 6am, and hopefully at my local UPS site by 9:00 when they open so I can pick it up. I decided to hold it there so that I can get it first thing, rather than the 5:00 delivery time they normally deliver to my home. This was also the suggestion of the UPS driver I spoke to today.

Ordered 9/12 in store at 9am EST (after 3 hours over the phone trying)

Well, I hope T-Mobile forgot to put my phone number on my order because I was told by a text, email, and four different reps, including a higher up specialist that I would get my phone on Friday.


I hope you do man…this is not a great feeling.. How the f can a company be so misguided with their own shipping and knowledge on customers orders… hope we all get some type of compensation for the stressful time
 
Those of you that have been through the process, I called the robot and my order has gone from Back ordered earlier today to "Processing but not yet available for shipment." Does that mean it's on its way for tomorrow? I got all those other texts and e-mails saying it was coming tomorrow and overnight shipping, card has pending charges, etc.

Not sure. I got the same thing today except I got the 9/22 - 9/30 delivery. So your guess is as good as mine

For the first time order status changed from "Order Placed" with no other info to showing brand new UPS tracking numbers that show a ship date of 9/18. I hopped onto the UPS website and it looks like the package is now in Los Angeles set for delivery on Friday by 3pm. I shipped via Next Day Saver.

That is almost exactly the definition of backordered. :)

right but it changed because before she was saying backordered, so are they just whitewashing their terms again? anyone else getting this update from robolady?

Just an update. Ordered 6+ Space Gray 64gb on 9/12 at 7am EST.

Got the 9/22 - 9/30 email.

Tweeted Tmobile about my disappointment. Was told sorry and that all preorders are getting overnighted for free and if I was charged to call support and get it refunded. Checked a few minutes ago and I was charged on my bank account for my phone. No email or text update so far. Maybe I'm lucky?
