The automated help says it's processed but not ready for shipment...no label at all, tried every variation on UPS's website...got my email last night I'd get it Friday...so frustrating. I just want a damn shipping notification so that I can tell UPS to leave it at my apartment office...I swear to God if they drop it at the door or no one is home to sign and I have to go pick it up on Saturday I'm gonna be pissed...

I just signed up for the free My Choice account yesterday. In order to change the delivery window do you need the $40 upgrade My Choice acct?

I called and spoke to someone about my order. Asked her for the status she says oh boy it's on backorder says 6 weeks. I said hmm that's strange your automated system says order processed and pending shipping then she says a yeah that's what I see to. Funny how she just changed her story.

The phone # also says my order is processing and not ready for shipment. My credit card now has a charge on it for both phones.
As mentioned before I've bought a lot of phones from T-Mobile and I can't ever recall having a tracking number this early in the night. Always seem to come after midnight MST for me. I think one time the phone even beat the tracking number.
I'm pretty confident it will be coming overnight, but out of town so I guess I'll get it on Monday.

Confirmed. They have no better idea than we do.
so why the heck would our tracking not update? makes no sense whatsoever
there have been times when tracking lagged and scans would not post right away, but I have never received something or sent something without at LEAST an origin scan in the tracking.
Still no charge on my card despite two different reps today, couple texts, and an email saying I would have it tomorrow.
Order status now says "Order Placed" & the automated line says "Processing/not available for shipment" no info on UPS.
So yeah, I'm officially not expecting it this weekend.
Annoying, but not the end of the world. Just hope it doesn't come later than next week.
That's pretty much the update I got from @tmobilehelp, I think we're SOL for quite a while.
