Just called robolady here and now showing the same thing as being processed ... We are getting somewhere now.
that happened to me last year, worse part I was in the shower the a whole 6 mins i guess the damn dude showed up then of course, i had to wait too late that night...lol
just did the chat, said he cant see my tracking, but he said its sent for shipping tomm...well see i guess
That's pretty much the update I got from @tmobilehelp, I think we're SOL for quite a while.
That's what I'm thinking, I feel like it's going to ship tonight, especially because I was just charged (earlier)

I called and spoke to someone about my order. Asked her for the status she says oh boy it's on backorder says 6 weeks. I said hmm that's strange your automated system says order processed and pending shipping then she says a yeah that's what I see to. Funny how she just changed her story.

so why the heck would our tracking not update? makes no sense whatsoever
there have been times when tracking lagged and scans would not post right away, but I have never received something or sent something without at LEAST an origin scan in the tracking.
Originally my wife and I were going to use our Jump to get the new phones. But last week I couldn't get on the site and customer service didn't know anything. So tomorrow morning we are going to be at a store when they open. I have already found out that two stores within close proximity where live have them in store, and that is 6 and 6+, just don't know colors.
Seriously, settle down! In two weeks time you will all have your 1gb ram phone. (Me included) it's not the end of the world. Be fortunate that you can have these things in life, because many don't. You know things like running water, food to feed their family, and a roof over their head!!!

I can't blame the people at all, but the upper management or execs who put this ***** show together shouldn't be allowed around an iPhone launch ever again.
Still no charge on my card despite two different reps today, couple texts, and an email saying I would have it tomorrow.
Order status now says "Order Placed" & the automated line says "Processing/not available for shipment" no info on UPS.
So yeah, I'm officially not expecting it this weekend.

They don't know their head from their ass rite now.
They shouldn't be allowed to give any info regarding your order unless they know for sure. That's why there is so many angry customers.
Perhaps they are uploading the tracking #s in batches, say at like midnight. Maybe that's the time they get the lowest long distance rates for their 900 baud modem. I don't know, it's all screwy.

lol it sucks i switched from sprint so i ported my number and my sprint iphone sold on ebayhad to ship that now i have no phone just a sim . tmobile stores in my area have no more loaner phone fml since 9/16
I got a text today, they are shipping iPhone orders today overnight, check for mytmobile.com for tracking information. I also received the one that said i would get my phone Friday. My card was charged on the 17th but tmobile site still says backordered, I don't know whats going on, I wanted to make arrangements if it was coming tomorrow but I have no tracking number, nothing is showing up on ups.com
I ordered the 128 gig space gray 6 plus.
I was happy there was a chance that it was coming tomorrow but not knowing for sure makes me worry because I can't plan accordingly for the delivery. Was gonna have it dropped off 3 doors down.
If it does come, maybe Ups will let me pick it up Saturday?
