I think it's safe to say if you haven't got charged yet, you're SOL, no matter what text message you received.

Hmm, I got the text and e-mail yesterday, the text today, charged yesterday, and still no shipping number. It doesn't show up on UPS either (and I have UPS My Choice so it would show up if it had shipped). Beginning to think I'm not getting it, unless it shipped another carrier.

Robolady also says the same thing as the site, it's processing and I'll get a text message when something changes..

I just got charged this evening too but had received the 9/22-9/30 text for my 6plus 64gb SG

Being a new customer is the worst. Called 1-800-TMOBILE and my phone has not shipped. They didn't give me any info other then I will get some type of information in 1-2 days or keep checking by calling

Robo-lady now tells me my order is being processed but not yet available for shipment. It just said backordered all day before. Not surprising though as I ordered on the 13th. I have been charged though as of yesterday.

I was told "your order is being processed, it is not yet ready for shipment". The good news is that nothing has told be "several weeks" or any other date except tomorrow. I think I'm safe. I'm sorry to hear about the people that have to wait! Maybe the stores were given a certain amount of pre-orders seperate from the website.

I love getting my UPS end of day Friday morning, MUCH BETTER than that void of time that used to be Friday afternoon.

Found this info on reddit:

someone said they got this message "Free T-mobile Msg: For all Pre-Orders your tracking number will not be visible on UPS.com prior to the product launch date."

another person said this:
"Ok i think the following will give peace of mind to everyone. I am an employee at tmobile and my friend pre ordered his at 4:49 am on friday morning of the 12th. He got the texts that everyone has been receiving. He got the "you will receive your iphone on friday the 19th" text. The reason the tracking numbers have not been sent out is because of security. Second the tracking numbers get generated automatically and takes time for the system to attach it to your online account. That being said he came in to the store with me today and i pulled the order on my system. I found the tracking number and it was scheduled delivery by end of day friday morning. Most that received the text will get their t number tomorrow and it will be too late because the package will already prolly be at ur house. Cant wait to get my own iphone."

i think you'll get an email shortly after midnight (if you have it enabled in mychoice) saying you have a delivery scheduled for today.

i'm in the same boat as you, and i think they're just not updating the systems till the last second on purpose.

I want it to show up on mychoice just so i can change the delivery window.

Go to ups.com, click tracking, then click track by reference, and enter your phone number in the reference number field please

I tried entering two phone numbers that could've potentially been used. I tried each number as such: 1805xxxxxxx and 805xxxxxxx

Each of the four attempts ended up with an error saying the reference was invalid. Not sure what they're using for the reference on my shipment.
