T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Guy in my chat said theyre getting new inventory every 2 hours so if thats correct maybe every 2 hours there could be a batch of new tracking #s. Idunno. maybe I'm being too positive lol

I still have no idea why I can't pull up my order on the website... systems unavailable since last Friday

feel lucky.... mine says 9/20 and i only got the 1-2 days we will give you an update text.......

That isn't true. My order isn't showing on T-Mobile but is showing on UPS

I'd call my bank and make sure they don't reject charge from tmobile.

My situation is almost identical except I was in L.A on the 12th and my wife was able to get the order in at 4:45am Pacific time. Now back home in the Springs I will receive my package by 3:00pm. I was getting ticked off reading some posts with people stating that they ordered on the 13 and later dates, and they already had tracking info.

Shows delivery date tomorrow by 3:00pm. Will try to post. In the meantime, here's this.

UGh.... need sleep but this is keeping me awake. I wish I could get tracking updated on UPS so I can hold for will call and pick them up!
 
Just talked with CS to make sure. They said For sure i am getting my device tomorrow or well today..Im EST. He said you will probably get device before you even get tracking. Which actually has happened to me in the past a lot with UPS.

on a side note... that route the planes take lol worse than when i flew from boston to denver and went all the way into Canada above the great lakes lol not a pilot but damn haha

Well you're one of the lucky ones that got updated. But mine shipped to Houston yesterday and I'm only able to see it through ups my choice. And tmobile still says back order. Except robobitch who said it had already shipped.

If you go to UPS and setup My Choice.. you'll get info on your package before T-Mobile updates their site.

That's how I have my info before my tmobile is updated.

Yup. In my web chat I already brought that up and he was adamant that I was behind 10's of thousands even though I called right when that line opened to call (since their site was down) and he's saying its going by sequential order numbers. ****ing no way people 1-3 days AFTER me have a lower number. Makes zero sense.

My choice is showing my info, I haven't gotten anything from Tmobile. Which is why I don't know if both shipped or not

yup last resort is mine is on one of these two planes coming in soon.. havent seen many ppl talk about the 128 6+ so maybe they are al batched together... wishful thinking but now i cant freakin sleep lol

Me too! No shipping info. Haven't been charge (even though I'm not sure I am since I got zero down) no email, no text. Robot lady says my phone has not shipped
