It appears as if a lot of LA people (I'm in Orange County) aren't seeing tracking numbers... perhaps they're using fedex to deliver to SoCal?

The iphone 6 is for my little brother so Im glad atleast that ones coming! I'm not in too big of a rush for mine. His phone sucks he needs it. I'm still good with my iphone 5 lol good luck to ya bro!

F'ers. So I am officially cancelled for tomorrow since their POS system didn't send me the eip email last weekend. Nothing they can do, nothing they will do. I am SOL.

I dont want to go back to Verizon but it is looking that way. Their system is down now and I can even reorder the ***** phone. What a nightmare.
 
FROM MY EXPERIENCE DONT GO BY WHATS ON THEIR WEBSITE! They aren't able to keep it updated! Robobitch is your best bet right now! As well as the emails and text messages from tmobile. Also if you're getting charged or you have the full amount pending that means they're preparing your **** to send
 
Anyone left who placed an order on the 12th and hasn't received diddly squat? Because I feel as if I'm the only one left.. :confused:
 
Well, if I'm not getting iPhones tomorrow, I'd certainly appreciate my money back in my account! Damn T-Mobile and their nonsensical dart-throwing Magenta T-Shirt Wearing Monkey (aka the Pre-Order Department)!
 
Hey guys, This thread is awesome. I have been silently following along and decided to post a reply finally.

Couldnt order online, complete fail on tmobiles part, got up after 2 hours of sleep and ordered at the 59th and Olive store in Glendale , AZ( first one in line). Ordered Iphone 6+ full payment.

Got Order Placed then Processing then Processed emails. Then i got the 1 - 2 day BS email yesterday and order status changed from no backorder with time stamp to back order with time stamp. Then the order status changed from Backordered to Pre order.

Had an authorization charge, but card was NOT CHARGED it was like 1 dollar perhaps.

I have been told by so many people i am getting it tomorrow on the phone and many others that say the exact opposite, everyone at tmobile is ******* useless. Tweeted Johnny Boy and got no reply. Facebooked the uncarrier and was told sorry bud no idea ( in not so many words).

Robo bitch says preordered but not ready for shipment. Tried the UPS thing with the phone number but that failed too.

Called the Store, and 611 5 times a day for the last 3 days. They have been completely useless.

Does anyone think i have ANY hope? or any thoughts?

My 64GB Gold iPhone 6 Plus (Tmobile) just shipped via Apple, with delivery to San Diego Sept 24th.

Ordered about 2:35AM PST on Sept. 12th.
 
Hoping someone can answer this before it gets lost in the "where is my plane" posts. lol.

Just wondering how long it takes, on average, to port to TMO. I actually have quite a busy weekend and don't want to be w/o phone service for an extended period of time. I wouldn't mind so much as I'm sure it will be a busy weekend but thinking I should wait until Sunday to port over?


I've been stalking this thread all week without posting. But this I actually have an answer to. Back in February I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile (using an unlocked 4s) and it took 44 minutes to port. I remember that because I was shocked when I started getting texts. I expected to be phone-less for hours.

To join everyone's experience threads:
After HOURS on Friday trying to preorder online/phone/t-mo/apple I finally successfully placed an order:
09/12/14 ~7:00 PM PST
iPhone 6 Gold 64 GB (not JUMP)
Told on the phone I'd get it Friday using ground shipping and no need to pay for overnight.
Charge Tuesday; Text and email Wednesday that it will be here Friday; No tracking number including UPS reference number (not MyChoice)
Chat tonight is basically entirely unhelpful
I'm in Washington State if that helps

(Also, for the record, anything I've ever ordered from T-Mobile has arrived overnight before the tracking number ever got sent to me. But I'm still freaking out.)

The only thing I've gotten so far is: a $1 charge that dropped off two days ago and a text/email saying it's ETA is the 9/22-9/30. I pre-ordered a Plus 64GB SG via Jump online @ 11:10am PST on the 12th.
 
Hey All,

Anyone have their UPS shipping weight? I ordered 2 iPhone 6's (16GB) Space Gray and Silver.
I ordered them separate within a few minutes of each other (Wife told me after the fact she wanted one)

My total weight is 1.70. Can someone post a screenshot of theirs to confirm if this is one or two?
