x2. mine is scheduled to be delivered today (friday the 19th), but UPS here doesn't deliver until 5 or 6pm, so i requested pickup, which i can do anytime after 8:30am. might get my goods before those at the apple store :)
 
Considering they said at least 15 times in Store, vía text message and emails I would receive it today, yes it is. They made promises they didn't keep. Plus still charged me for express shipping (when they said they wouldn't.)

The enitre preorder process has been a cluster ****. We all know it. At my work I can't set deadlines and over promise then deliver a day late. But we're supposed to let T-Mobile.

It's hard to feel sorry for you. I was promised shipment/delivery on the 19th when I ordered on the 12th at 8:30amEST. As of now, I'm being told delivery anywhere from 4-6 WEEKS. One day's difference given the volume their dealing with is minimal in my eye.

I spoke with one of the super-helpful (note the irony) CSR's on Wednesday. "Backordered and it could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks." This is the 6+ 64GB Grey, obviously the most popular phone in the lineup. I'm hoping that's a VERY conservative estimate, but that's what the guy said.

Text Message?: Received a text yesterday saying I will receive a text within 1 to 2 days regarding the estimated shipping dates.
Current Status: Backordered with no estimated shipping dates and etc.
RoboWhore: Processing and doesn't have the shipping dates available.
Location: California.

See, this is ridiculous. I ordered at 7am PST and i have the same information. I don't think that all of the iPhones could have been sucked up in the hour that CS was open after the botched pre-order.

Do you think the pre-orders that haven't been charged and did the JUMP upgrade will be able to cancel the order entirely?

The reason I ask is if I went to the store and tried to put a JUMP order through the current stock thats available in the store itself?

(Obviously they would have to cancel the first order so they can process the new one)

A) definitely make sure you get your overnight shipping refunded or credited back to your account. I paid for ground and they've upgraded me to next day air.

B) my initial delivery estimate was 9/29. I did get a text that said "Friday", but that was never my original expectation so I'm honestly not unhappy if it comes a day or 2 later except that it'll be tricky to sign for on Monday if that's when it comes.

Anyways, I totally get managing expectations, I'd generally like to know earlier what to expect. I do feel like this is an unusual circumstance, though. Record demand, hundreds of thousands of orders trying to be filled and shipped so close together... Just one more way T-Mobile hasn't quite been prepared to handle the demand.

I'm just not able to wrap my head around the obsession with being the first kid on the block with the latest iPhone.
 
6:30am EST and no charge to AMEX
No UPS Tracking of any kind (found old shipments using my phone #, but none for future dates)
No status updates on TMO site.
Got every notification about Friday and Overnight (pretty sure those were sent to everyone / queued and sent ahead of time)

I checked FedEx and their site shows something as being shipped, but when I click it says not found / doesn't exist.

I'm guessing no iPhone for me today. I had a feeling that's how this would go.

It blows my mind how inconsistent this is. I was charged for the full price yesterday afternoon, order is now processed but not yet available for shipment. Countless reps said I wouldn't be charged until the item was SHIPPED, so with that constant and the fact that everyone was upgraded to overnight, you could assume it'll be here soon. But I've gotten no texts or emails, not even the ones from the other day. I honestly won't mind getting it tomorrow or Monday or next week, I just need to know so that I can be home to sign for the dang thing so it doesn't go back to the UPS facility! :/
 
I have a tracking number on ups site as of this AM says its in Louisville with delivery for today.....I am in upstate NY...so I will believe it when I see it.. The reference is my phone number with no dashes. The tmo website and robo lady both still tell me its on backorder. I ordered a 64g iPhone 6 in gold. Non-jump but existing customer.

9/12 @ 8:30am EST. The CSR at the time guaranteed I would be in the first batch shipped and that I'd have it no later than Monday/Tuesday. Now...no idea at all when it will arrive. None at all.
 
Called my new BFF RoboLady and she said my order is being processed but not yet available for shipping. Pretty much sucks after the texts and email that I would have it by today. Only tracking info is for my CellSpot router. Oh well, whenever it gets here, not happy about it but it is what it is.:(

Totally understand keeping your expectations in check. But I would be very surprised if you don't have your phone in hand next week.
 
Got the text message about Friday delivery a few days ago. Account was charged a couple of days ago as well. Nothing on the mytmoblie page, or the UPS tracking page (used my phone number as a reference). Have little hope about a delivery today.

I did not have the premium version, but it says next day air saver. Says it was first processed 5am on 9/18

Talk about last minute... I didn't have a tracking number until I just woke up a few minutes ago.
 
After all the drama with Tmo CSRs last night, I got information on the UPS App! Website is useless, use the app! Delivery of 6+ Gold 64Gb today at 930Am!! Can't wait!

Oh and yes, ordered on the 12th around 1pm. Original delivery 9/25. Backordered everywhere. But, I did get the Friday texts and email. I guess those messages were true... Yay!
 
Something wired is going on. Ok, I ordered 2 iPhones on 9/12. 1st iPhone 6+ @ 4:22 pm and the 2nd iPhone 6 @ 4:37 pm PT via JUMP! Online. My wife's iPhone 6 six had a processing charge of $66 since Wednesday afternoon and was ship Thursday with Friday deliver. I just checked my bank account and the processing charge is gone. No where to be found. Has this happens to anyone else? Also, my iPhone 6+ has never been charged or shipped. Just got this stupid email on Wednesday,

Either they cancel it. Or I cancel my debit card so they can't charge it and I'll go pick up a phone at my local store.
