Edit: Since I placed my order the delivery date has been Saturday, 9-20. Even though I received the text saying I was getting it today.

I know you work from TMO, and not trying to put you on the spot, but can you explain why my order, made over the phone on the 12th at 8:30am EST for a 6+ 64GB Grey, is "Backordered" with absolutely no timeframe as to delivery? I just don't understand how inventory is being parceled out. The CSR I spoke with on Wednesday said delivery anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Any advice or help? Thanks in advance!
 
I FINALLY had one of my orders, the Jump! one, get charged to my bank. The status went from backordered to Processing but we don't know when its. going to ship. At last I seeing some movement.
 
My phone is on the ground in Oakland. Work at the airport. Can see them unloading the plane. Wish I could just go over there and tell them no need to put it on a truck.
 
According to the csr I shouldn't cancel because my phone will be delivered next week. But 4-6 weeks is for people who did t preorder on day. ********! I seen people on here with orders days after me getting theirs phones today. He said I should get it Monday. But wait. Since you ordered ground shipping it'll be there next Friday. No overnight upgrade for you! Bunch buttholes I swear. I don't even want it anymore from tmobile.
 
For those searching UPS for their phone number and getting nothing it means the label has not been generated yet.

I searched my number at 2:30am and again at 6am. My shipping label was generated at 5:30am. If you're not finding anything on the UPS site the shipping label has not been generated.
 
Wow. I ordered 9/12 got the text messages Friday that I would get my phone Friday. Hey charges my card. Now they put the money back into my account and the robo lady on the phone said my orders not ready for shipment. **** this is so annoying.
 
This is absolute ****. I ordered at 4:20am PDT on 9/12. Order contained 2 iP6+ Silver & Gold 16GB. I am now getting 9/23-9/25 delivery after being told buy a rep that I was guaranteed my phone on Friday. As someone coming from AT&T where I could have had a phone tomorrow, this whole experience has been terrible. I have done this since the original iPhone and this has been the worst experience ever.
 
HOLY ***** BALLS! They keep the money until the end of the billing period for the phone bill, so if I ported today but am paid through until October, they keep it!

This lady I'm talking to is nice and I"m being all calm and whatever but really the process is useless. I can't really continue to give them money, it'd make me cringe every month.

I'm a T-Mobile business customer on Jump (with an iPhone 5S) -- I left AT&T earlier this year to try T-Mobile, and I'm having a lot of problems with my order, which is an iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray.

Here's a summary:

- Couldn't call T-Mobile to place order (business Jump can't do it online), so I went into a T-Mobile store at 12 PM EST September 12. Their systems were down, so they called me at 7 PM EST to place the order.

- I e-Signed the EIP and received two emails, a copy of the signed EIP and terms, and another email saying, 'Your order is pending... Your items should be arriving shortly.'

- I haven't received and email or text since then with any status update.

- I put in my order number and zip online, while logged in, and it says, 'We are sorry, we are unable to retrieve your order status at this time, please try again later.'

- T-Mobile customer service for businesses, really friendly people, but they can't seem to find my order status. One found it under the EIP page, but I couldn't find it.

- I emailed a guy at the store after sending him the order pending and EIP signed agreement, and he responded with: 'your order is still intact and pending to convert to shipped, we will keep an eye but expect your product to come through. Sorry for the delay and thank your for your business with TMobile.'

- I asked if the order was goofed on their end, and he responded: 'That was done on everyones account due to the pending order fulfillment with Apple. I did confirm and your order is still good.'

- Then I come onto this page and it appears everyone got some sort of email or text saying their orders' status is either shipped, backordered, etc. Again, I haven't received an email or text, at all, saying the iPhone 6 was backordered, etc.

Any thoughts at all? I hear that model is now 4-6 weeks backordered. I wonder if the system didn't register my e-signature? I double-checked the email and it's there.

that stinks! you ordered right before I did (4:25am PDT) and I'm getting my 64 6 and 128 6+ today. hope u get yours soon!
 
Something wired is going on. Ok, I ordered 2 iPhones on 9/12. 1st iPhone 6+ @ 4:22 pm and the 2nd iPhone 6 @ 4:37 pm PT via JUMP! Online. My wife's iPhone 6 six had a processing charge of $66 since Wednesday afternoon and was ship Thursday with Friday deliver. I just checked my bank account and the processing charge is gone. No where to be found. Has this happens to anyone else? Also, my iPhone 6+ has never been charged or shipped. Just got this stupid email on Wednesday,

Yeah I'm in the same boat ordered 9/12/2014 at 8:00pm. Have not received anything regarding shipment info, but i did receive that lame email. You know its whatever i was pissed and i went through the its not fair act. but honestly i am happy with my 5S until the new one arrives when ever that is. Its jailbroken which I will loose once my new phone arrives. I was fine without it so it is what it is. As a customer I just wanted some kind of update. keeping customers in the loop can defuse a lot of disappointment, but that didn't happen so My status is currently waiting.
 
Got the text message about Friday delivery a few days ago. Account was charged a couple of days ago as well. Nothing on the mytmoblie page, or the UPS tracking page (used my phone number as a reference). Have little hope about a delivery today.

Canceling everything with T-Mobile, they still have no idea what they're talking about. No way I can keep giving them money. I know it's cheaper, I'd rather pay a little more for better service and people who can actually help me when the need arises.

I'll port all the stuff to Verizon later today.

On a side note yesterday at 10:30am I went on Verizon's website and ordered a full priced no contract 128GB iPhone 6. It shipped at 4pm the same day for delivery today. (Hint... Hint... T-Mobile) That's how you handle a preorder.

I DID NOT order a router and mine say Tmobile LDC upgrade. SO im pretty sure it's my phone.

Correction: My shipment is only 1.something lbs. Disregard.....
