My order is pretty much unknown
Hey everyone,
I'm a T-Mobile business customer on Jump (with an iPhone 5S) -- I left AT&T earlier this year to try T-Mobile, and I'm having a lot of problems with my order, which is an iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray.
Here's a summary:
- Couldn't call T-Mobile to place order (business Jump can't do it online), so I went into a T-Mobile store at 12 PM EST September 12. Their systems were down, so they called me at 7 PM EST to place the order.
- I e-Signed the EIP and received two emails, a copy of the signed EIP and terms, and another email saying, 'Your order is pending... Your items should be arriving shortly.'
- I haven't received and email or text since then with any status update.
- I put in my order number and zip online, while logged in, and it says, 'We are sorry, we are unable to retrieve your order status at this time, please try again later.'
- T-Mobile customer service for businesses, really friendly people, but they can't seem to find my order status. One found it under the EIP page, but I couldn't find it.
- I emailed a guy at the store after sending him the order pending and EIP signed agreement, and he responded with: 'your order is still intact and pending to convert to shipped, we will keep an eye but expect your product to come through. Sorry for the delay and thank your for your business with TMobile.'
- I asked if the order was goofed on their end, and he responded: 'That was done on everyones account due to the pending order fulfillment with Apple. I did confirm and your order is still good.'
- Then I come onto this page and it appears everyone got some sort of email or text saying their orders' status is either shipped, backordered, etc. Again, I haven't received an email or text, at all, saying the iPhone 6 was backordered, etc.
Any thoughts at all? I hear that model is now 4-6 weeks backordered. I wonder if the system didn't register my e-signature? I double-checked the email and it's there.
