Well, due to this whole pre-order fiasco (gave up on it), I'm up at 4:00 am in front of my local t-mobile store. On a positive note, I'm the first one here :)

I woke up and still don't have a single thing. Waiting till 12 (when my ups guy typically delivers things) and if I have nothing I'm calling up the exec line and letting it rip. It's ridiculous that I've been left in the dark this entire time. Got my jump order in on Friday, paid for overnight and I don't even have a shipping label. Yet people from Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday are all gliding right on by.
 
After all the drama with Tmo CSRs last night, I got information on the UPS App! Website is useless, use the app! Delivery of 6+ Gold 64Gb today at 930Am!! Can't wait!

Oh and yes, ordered on the 12th around 1pm. Original delivery 9/25. Backordered everywhere. But, I did get the Friday texts and email. I guess those messages were true... Yay!

I checked the app and its the same thing, just my router. I wish I knew because if someone has to be here for it then I either have to call in sick, ;) or see if I can find someone to keep a eye out.

I will miss this drama once everyone gets their phones. This has been fun!LOL
 
I spoke with one of the super-helpful (note the irony) CSR's on Wednesday. "Backordered and it could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks." This is the 6+ 64GB Grey, obviously the most popular phone in the lineup. I'm hoping that's a VERY conservative estimate, but that's what the guy said.

Was given the same statement this morning. This after receiving text and emails saying it would be here today. I can deal wit delays, but what bugs me is the lack of consistency in the information.
 
Well, I got a label created! Says scheduled delivery for Monday 9/22 by 10:30am

I am happy to see progress finally but was assured my phones would be here today.

At least now I know when they will be here

2nd batch is shipping today, next day air for Saturday delivery.

Please see my post below. T-Mobile needs to improve their order process. Have better communication with realistic delivery dates. Set realistic expectations and you will have less upset customers. T-Mobile over promised and under delivered.

Considering they said at least 15 times in Store, vía text message and emails I would receive it today, yes it is. They made promises they didn't keep. Plus still charged me for express shipping (when they said they wouldn't.)

The enitre preorder process has been a cluster ****. We all know it. At my work I can't set deadlines and over promise then deliver a day late. But we're supposed to let T-Mobile.
 
I paid for $24.99 shipping, the least they could have done is mark it for Saturday delivery.....
 
Called mobile this morning

Tracking information should post today and I should be getting the device next week (hopefully Monday).

If no order traction has occurred, call CS and don't stop till you get someone that actually knows what they're doing

I am so excited. It has been fun chatting with you all. I hope those that are still having issues get them resolved as soon as possible. Those getting their phones congrats its been one hell of a ride!

My order is pretty much unknown

Hey everyone,

I'm a T-Mobile business customer on Jump (with an iPhone 5S) -- I left AT&T earlier this year to try T-Mobile, and I'm having a lot of problems with my order, which is an iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray.

Here's a summary:

- Couldn't call T-Mobile to place order (business Jump can't do it online), so I went into a T-Mobile store at 12 PM EST September 12. Their systems were down, so they called me at 7 PM EST to place the order.

- I e-Signed the EIP and received two emails, a copy of the signed EIP and terms, and another email saying, 'Your order is pending... Your items should be arriving shortly.'

- I haven't received and email or text since then with any status update.

- I put in my order number and zip online, while logged in, and it says, 'We are sorry, we are unable to retrieve your order status at this time, please try again later.'

- T-Mobile customer service for businesses, really friendly people, but they can't seem to find my order status. One found it under the EIP page, but I couldn't find it.

- I emailed a guy at the store after sending him the order pending and EIP signed agreement, and he responded with: 'your order is still intact and pending to convert to shipped, we will keep an eye but expect your product to come through. Sorry for the delay and thank your for your business with TMobile.'

- I asked if the order was goofed on their end, and he responded: 'That was done on everyones account due to the pending order fulfillment with Apple. I did confirm and your order is still good.'

- Then I come onto this page and it appears everyone got some sort of email or text saying their orders' status is either shipped, backordered, etc. Again, I haven't received an email or text, at all, saying the iPhone 6 was backordered, etc.

Any thoughts at all? I hear that model is now 4-6 weeks backordered. I wonder if the system didn't register my e-signature? I double-checked the email and it's there.
