I didn't have it in me to go after the lady. She was nice and I am broken from all of this. Though I have a feeling she just found my order for a different phone that I ordered straight from Apple.

I'm still reading through the thread here, and I'm under the impression that, no matter what, T-Mobile should have sent an email or text message saying the phone is either shipping, shipped, or backordered.

I received nothing after my order pending email on September 12. T-Mobile Business customer service this morning said to call back Monday after 12 PM EST.

I just want to see if anyone else is in the same boat as me, no emails or texts after initial pre-order confirmation email.

Which phone / Model. That is going to make a difference. If its the 6+ in a desirable option (say space grey and 64GB) then its likely they just dont have the supply.
 
man I got everything saying my package was going to be delivered today, then I finally get my phone number to work via UPS and it says on 9/19 my label was created and is ready for UPS, wtf! I dont see a time so this could have been at midnight or something, any chance I still get my package today? Its next day air

Same here man it doesn't look like it I got Monday 9/22 delivery
 
For kicks I just called and asked when my phones would be shipped. I was told 4 weeks. Uhhh.... the delivery guy has them on a truck for today.
 
Woke up to my ATT service being turned off. It appears that both phones are out for delivery and I'll get them today.

I ordered 9/13 around 5PM PDT. 64GB Space Grey 6+ and 64GB Silver 6. New customer that ordered JUMP and used EIP.

I've received 0 texts or emails from TMobile, but my order status shows shipped now with a tracking number on their site.

I didn't get anything, either, and going to order status, it says can't be found...
 
I keep refreshing the ups page to see if it'll magically update and say out for delivery today rather than Monday.. lol

Monday is better than mid to late October for sure!

Today would be oh so nice though.. especially since my iPhone 5S has to be shipped today so ill be without a phone all weekend.

Does your tracking still say label created ?

Saw a few people say that at least their T-Mobile account updated to show the status (backordered, etc.). I'm still getting this:

'We are sorry, we are unable to retrieve your order status at this time, please try again later.'

Edit: After reading through the forum, I wonder if my order is in perpetual limbo. I've had this happen with an order a couple of years ago (not an iPhone, but a Blu-ray), and after 6 weeks, the company had to cancel it, because the system goofed it and set it to pending and that was it. Even if I had received a text or email saying I'd get new information soon, that would be awesome. T-Mobile tried re-sending the initial emails upon my order, and I didn't receive those, even in Spam. Gmail fail?
 
**** this no charge no update my status went from order placed to back order so pissed came to the tmo store second in line I just hope they have a 6+in any color bigger than 16 gb uughhhhhh
 
Tmobile is still clueless. CSR says if I've been charged it was shipped and that it may not have gotten to its UPS origin location yet, which is when the tracking information is created. Whatever. He also said my phone is backorder when the robot says its processed but not yet ready for shipping. Can this just be over with?
