See, this is why I'm holding out hope that things will work out. I still have no UPS info but sounds like our situation is identical. Ordered on 9/12, 6+, no charge but got texts, robo chick says processing but not yet shipped...

I will hold out for the brown and yellow!

Did you order Gold? If you didn't order the gold model, I wouldn't hold your breath as I've been seeing Gold 6+ confirmations for orders out to 9/13
 
Keep in mind that Magenta said that a lot of us will get phones before we get any type of tracking info or updates.

Rings true for my wife's 6. T-Mobile still claims it's backordered online and processing but not available for shipping over the phone.

Also keep in mind that UPS isn't going to deliver it if it isn't in their system. :(
 
I DM'd @TMobileHelp to express discontent at being misled by them, their email/texts, and RoboMedusa, and they responded: "Hi! If you received the email and texts, we are planning to have the device to you today. Should you not receive it, please feel free to contact us back here, and we will be happy to move forward with this for you. Thanks!" Well, I already know I'm not receiving it because UPS My Choice only has the one package for me for delivery Monday, the tracking number matching what's on the order number for the router, not the phone.

That's what I'm thinking, even if they said it will get there before tracking info does. If you sign up for MyChoice UPS, they will let you know whenever a pkg is going to your address, so if it isn't in their systems, it's not coming :(
 
  • Ordered on the evening of the 12th, but 800# says it was the 14th.
  • Pending charges were added around the 16th for $329 (full amount) and a 2nd mysterious $44.84.
  • The $329 was gone yesterday and apparently charged based on remaining available credit, but not listed as transaction.
  • New custom order status changed this morning from "order placed" to "being processed".
  • Shipping info on order status page now has a date range: 9/23-9/25
  • Available credit has not gone back up by $329, with $44.84 pending still there.

Very strange. I just want to know if/when I need to be around for UPS and how long I might be without phone service due to porting, but this is a moving target still.
 
Just spoke to an AWESOME AWESOME csr named Isiah. I put him onto the tracking by reference trick and he said I may have just helped thousands of customers because they didnt know about it. He sounded super sincere. Gave me a $100 credit. And said he'd be calling UPS to find out why a label was created 2 days ago with no movement and would get back to me before his shift is over today.

I feel 1% better so theres that.
 
placed an order for an iphone 6+ 64gb gold on t-mobile's site on fri, sept. 12 evening (through the jump program).

As of right now, my credit card charge from t-mobile is still pending (i have a discover cc btw).

I got the typical email/texts from t-mobile saying that i would be getting it today (friday).
But even until now, this is the my.t-mobile.com page view:

no mention of any shipment, tracking number, etc.

All of yesterday, i kept trying to use ups's "track by reference" feature with my phone number. But i kept getting disappointed:

yesterday evening, i also made a call to robob**** and she said that my order has been processed but not yet ready for shipment (this part made me the most worried).

This morning, i check the my.t-mobile.com page.. And still no change..

Frustrated, i open up a new chrome tab to check out ups's site. I fill in my phone number at the "track by reference" section and...

Ordered 9/13 9am via phone
2 new lines for a new customer

1) Iphone 6 plus 128gb gold
2) Iphone 6 64gb space grey

Heard nothing all week

Charged full amount 9/13
Charged backed out 9/17
Charged full amount 9/16
Charged backed out this morning

No text or emails from Tmobile

All week robolady said backordered
All week order status page said "order placed"

Last night robolady said processing but not available for shipping
This morning order stat page said processing

Checked ups this AM. Package is out for delivery by end of day.
 
Tried the little trick suggested a few posts back and it worked! Mine should be on time today. Left KY a few hours ago, and should be on it's way by this afternoon. So I guess T-Mobile was right, I'm very pleased.

Never had any tracking info. Just woke up and it's out for delivery! T-Mobile still hasn't updated. Neither has upschoice
 
Just so you guys know, I never got any texts, emails and couldn't even track my shipment online. I just signed in to UPS MyChoice and it says there's a package from TMO Upgrade to be delivered by end of day

DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE

These things are moving faster than TMO or UP can keep track of.

Yup, everything went perfectly except the missing tracking number part. Text/E-Mails on 17th Check, Charge on 17th Check, Text on 18th Check, No Tracking number as of 5:20am PDT WTF!!

Did you just get a txt saying not all tracking numbers are available via UPS? Thats hope. It was like TMO read my post.
