Then how do you know it's out for delivery if my choice shows nothing? Did you search by reference number?
 
I urge everyone frustrated to check ups reference tracking with their phone number. Still no update on tmobile, just spoke with a rep saying it wont be today, but ups says out for delivery. Screw tmobile. UPS the real mvp

All of yesterday, I kept trying to use UPS's "Track By Reference" feature with my phone number. But I kept getting disappointed:

Yesterday evening, I also made a call to RoboB**** and she said that my order has been processed but not yet ready for shipment (this part made me the most worried).

This morning, I check the MY.T-MOBILE.COM page.. and still NO change..

Frustrated, I open up a new Chrome tab to check out UPS's site. I fill in my phone number at the "Track by Reference" section and...

I was in the same exact position as you, the only difference is I ordered my phone a few hours after. I had given up at 5 am this morning after calling, checking, checking and checking again.

Because of your post, I decideded to check Track by reference again... I'll have my phone by 3pm today.

Woo hoooo!

Thanks for giving me hope. Lol.
 
One thing that is still not working is doing the trade in after the fact. When I called T-Mo about this last week, they said it had to do with the order being on backorder; and when the item was shipped it would allow me to process the trade-in. My status has been updated to shipped on both order status pages; but it still says invalid order number. I suppose I will wait until tomorrow and if it still doesn't work I'll have to seek out assistance.

This. I'm in the same boat and am incredibly pissed off. I HATE systems that produce inequality like this. Hate them. People who ordered DAYS after me are getting phones today.
 
Still no tracking number yet, but they took my payment yesterday :( ugh can't even tell if it's out for delivery

Text and email for delivery today, no tracking number, nor charges. Robo says Processing not shipped, Website says Backordered. Can't find tracking with phone humber.

I finally called Customer Service and they found my order on UPS and not through my phone number. It is to be delivered on Tuesday and they took my shipping charges off. So even if you don't see charges or a tracking number please call and maybe you can get someone to find your order that way.
 
Woke up to my ATT service being turned off. It appears that both phones are out for delivery and I'll get them today.

I ordered 9/13 around 5PM PDT. 64GB Space Grey 6+ and 64GB Silver 6. New customer that ordered JUMP and used EIP.

I've received 0 texts or emails from TMobile, but my order status shows shipped now with a tracking number on their site.
 
I haven't even been charged a since cent. No type of activity from tmobile in my bank. I got texts and emails saying I would get it today but that was the biggest lie ever.

well you got lucky with your customer service rep... i am in the exact same boat. although no one is trying to look into my order. so i have no clue if i am getting it today or not.
 
man I got everything saying my package was going to be delivered today, then I finally get my phone number to work via UPS and it says on 9/19 my label was created and is ready for UPS, wtf! I dont see a time so this could have been at midnight or something, any chance I still get my package today? Its next day air

Did they explain to you why they lied?
 
I keep refreshing the ups page to see if it'll magically update and say out for delivery today rather than Monday.. lol

Monday is better than mid to late October for sure!

Today would be oh so nice though.. especially since my iPhone 5S has to be shipped today so ill be without a phone all weekend.
