I talked to tech support 90 minutes ago, and the guy wanted to re-send my initial preorder confirmation email. I didn't get that, and since I'm now worried Gmail is blocking it for whatever reason (wouldn't be the first time) and nothing in spam, I called back.
The tech support person asked if I got a text message and I said no. The fact that the order status is saying, "We are sorry, we are unable to retrieve your order status at this time, please try again later." is making her think T-Mobile's system (or human error on their part) may have somehow goofed the processing. Unlike other CS reps, she suddenly got a 'we're sorry, your order didn't process, try again.' It may have gotten goofed.
Nothing at all. It's actually a head-scratcher for them. They can't see the order on my page at all.
