T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I've had no email, no text messages.. nothing.

Two nights ago I called and ordered another repeater. (Not sure if this has to do with anything).

Checked UPS this morning, and sure enough there are two labels created for me. Assuming one is for the iPhone pre-order, and the other for the repeater.

I also had a short conversation with John Legere yesterday on twitter before sending him an email, which he said he'd look at. This could've helped too.

Either way, if the phone goes out today I'll have it Monday.

I preordered my iPhone 6+ on the 12th (around 1pm that day) and my order has shown up as "backorder" on their website since then. I received a text from T-Mobile the other day saying my iPhone should arrive today but I don't know. Maybe I'm just impatient?

I finally saw a label was created for UPS. Unfortunately, it was created 9/19 and the scheduled delivery is Monday 9/22. It was upgraded to UPS Next Day Air (no mention of Saver, but obviously not Saturday delivery either)

If Tmobile wouldve said Monday from the start, i wouldve been fine with that since I ordered relatively late anyway. But getting stroked everyday with a text or email, teasing a Friday delivery date, but then not getting confirmation one way or the other is bu11$hlt

For reference, here's my info:

6+ 128gb Gold
Orange County, CA
Ordered 9/12 at 3pm PDT via phone
Signed EIP 9/12 at 3:07pm
Signed up for JUMP when ordered phone, if that matters
Received 2 text and an email about Friday delivery
Full charge on 9/17 at 10am
Order status on Tmo is PreOrder and has been for 2 days
Robo says processed but not ready for shipment
UPS showing Next Day Air label created 9/19 for 9/22 Monday delivery

Not all lables/tracking numbers were sent out last night but are still being delivered today. Your card was charged and that has seemed to be a solid common demoniator in this. I still think your phone is coming today.

same boat I`m in just mine says saturday and my office is closed, and the facility is closed so I cant pick up

Are you a JUMP customer? I was in the same boat as you until earlier this morning. I can now track my package on UPS's site using my phone number. And also, my T-Mobile page has updated. (I'm with JUMP tho)
 
Everyone, ignore what the robolady or T-Mobile is telling you.

Go to UPS, track by reference, type in your number with no dashes, country United States and then your zip code. I'd be willing to bet if you have a charge and got the Friday email, you're good.
 
Im in Mesa, AZ. Ordered the phone on Sunday morning. Got the Friday text/email and a pending charge on my account. No update on T-Mobile or My Choice but search my number as the reference and found a label was printed today and my phone will be here Monday.......not sure how I feel
 
I just called into Customer Service.

Order was placed at 8:55am PDT on 9/12 (Jump 128GB 6 Plus Space Gray)

When I spoke to him he found an order on my account that was cancelled, but it didn't match the order number I showed on the site. I gave him the order number on the site and he found it, but it shows back ordered. He has no idea why I would have gotten text messages (and my credit card charged), but there's no chance I'm getting a phone today.

I'm beyond frustrated. All they had to do was be honest and give me a real date. But telling me Friday for 2 days and then not delivering it on Friday, WTF!!

ups Mychoice says that there is nothing scheduled to be delivered to my address. I wonder if it's possible for it to show up still

I did remove jump on my line during the week. Maybe that's why my label hasn't been made?

I woke up to no email, no text and tmobile's site not working. I also checked ups with my number (hyphens in place) with nothing. Just when I was about to give up 95% of my hope today I tried no hyphens.... It made it on a scan at 11 PM in KY, left there at 2, and out for delivery in Seattle now!! I had no tracking numbers when I went to bed at midnight so no one give up hope! (Got all the emails, texts and a rep last night told me I wasn't getting it. Status had changed to back ordered, robobitch said processing but no shipment).

Not sure what to tell you then. Maybe you ordered too late in the day to get 6+ on day one. Hope it works out for you though.

I'm 9/14 order and I'm getting mine today

Confirmed by email and reference number on UPS - it will arrive today.

New customer. No text message.

If I'm getting it, y'all should be to. Repeat: ordered 9/14 (64 GB Space Gray 6).
