It is. I figured out my tracking number using a reference last night. It didn't show up on my choice until this morning.

I finally saw a label was created for UPS. Unfortunately, it was created 9/19 and the scheduled delivery is Monday 9/22. It was upgraded to UPS Next Day Air (no mention of Saver, but obviously not Saturday delivery either)

If Tmobile wouldve said Monday from the start, i wouldve been fine with that since I ordered relatively late anyway. But getting stroked everyday with a text or email, teasing a Friday delivery date, but then not getting confirmation one way or the other is bu11$hlt

Ordered 9/12 at 3pm PDT via phone
Signed EIP 9/12 at 3:07pm
Signed up for JUMP when ordered phone, if that matters
Received 2 text and an email about Friday delivery
Full charge on 9/17 at 10am
Order status on Tmo is PreOrder and has been for 2 days
Robo says processed but not ready for shipment
UPS showing Next Day Air label created 9/19 for 9/22 Monday delivery

Same man I ordered iPhone 6 plus gold 128gb too
t-mobile promised me Friday delivery with texts and emails
The reps also said I would get it on Friday I got my label created this morning with Monday 9/22 delivery
They lied to us!
 
good morning guys, i woke up around 4 am to see if i had any updates on ups and saw that my device was scanned and was in orlando fl, by 7 am it was out for delivery so tmobile wasnt lying to me.. i hope everybody gets their phone today..

UPS MyChoice is blank for me too. But when I track by reference, I see two labels, both Tmobile (although one is the router), phone label created 9/19 for 9/22 AM delivery. Router label was created 9/18 but i didn't see anything about any label until this morning.

I think UPS is screwed up a little bit too.

The fact that the order status is saying, "We are sorry, we are unable to retrieve your order status at this time, please try again later." is making her think T-Mobile's system (or human error on their part) may have somehow goofed the processing. Unlike other CS reps, she suddenly got a 'we're sorry, your order didn't process, try again.' It may have gotten goofed.

Nothing at all. It's actually a head-scratcher for them. They can't see the order on my page at all.

I wonder if this happened to me. I have never been able to track my order via my.tmobile.com. Robot lady says processed. I've only gotten the email confirming my order, EIP, and first backorder email. Card has been charged. So who knows!
 
I went to 2 T-Mobile stores this morning and while they didn't have any Plus models in stock, they did offer Free Next Day Shipping ($25 value)... and guaranteed they'd be shipped out by next week.

I call complete BS on this though... but we'll see. Worst case I just cancel the order if it hasn't shipped by next week (because I have one coming already)

If they try and charge me a restocking fee, I'll be so pissed.
 
Ok, stupid question:

I have both a router and a 64 GB Space Gray Plus coming (sometime...)
When I track by reference on the UPS site, I am able to pull up the router's tracking info, but don't see anything else. If my iPhone was also coming, would the page indicate I had two shipments?

Hey Orlando FL here too! Our phones got here quick mine didn't even leave KY until close to 5am and was out for delivery two hours later.

Mine showed up this morning as a reference number. No text, new customer. Got an email 15 minutes ago saying my order shipped. UPS confirms it's on truck for DELIVERY today. Ordered a 6 on 9/14.
 
Update from this morning

One T-Mobile store had 15 iPhone 6 in stock (64gb)

The other T-Mobile had about 20 iPhone 6 in stock (128gb)

Neither had any Plus models but offered Free Next Day Shipping and guaranteed delivery by next week..... innnnnnnteresting

After NO notification or updates from T-Mobile on their side (email, text, nada!!!), and getting rather concerned that even at 1AM, no shipping label had been created, I just checked UPS (for the 100th time) and searched by my cell number:

Friday, 09/19/2014, by 3:00 P.M.(by end of day for residential deliveries)

Arrived - Los Angeles, CA, United States, Friday, 09/19/2014

And it's next day air but doesn't have estimated delivery. Should I give ups a call and ask about it?
