Here's my rub...regardless of when I get my phone (trust me at this point I'm ****ing over this whole cat and mouse waiting game) the problem I have is that I, a person who has a phone and tablet line with TMo, and who pays an additional $10 bucks a month for JUMP, has been completely left in the dark by the company I pay to provide service.

I ordered as soon as online JUMP could be done, before I could even get to a store. My shipping date was 9/19, delivery 9/20 expedited. Stayed that way until it went backordered on the 13th, delivery still said 9/20 for two more days. All reps said it would go out on launch day. My order was in the first batch. Yada yada yada.

Now, here we are on launch day and I have no tracking, no charge, no info, and worst of all no response from TMo as to what exactly is going on. @TMobileHelp says they want to look into my account then never respond. Chat reps, if they know anything, don't know what to tell me. JUMP priority is touted and guaranteed, yet new customers or new Non-JUMP EIPs are getting the same phone I ordered via JUMP today. I don't live in the boonies, I live in the middle of Los Angeles, and it might as well be Mars for the lack of ANYTHING from TMobile.

I've been through 7 iPhone launches and this has been the absolute worst because I was limited to ordering through a company that wasn't prepared for it. It's not hard to tell the truth, and maybe if TMo would do that in the case of myself or people like me this wouldn't be such a cluster**** for those of us in limbo.

^ Amen. Exactly my issue. I was told SO many stories. Stories and info changed and contradicted itself. I was lied to blatantly. Their only consistent reply was everyones having a hard time and everyone wants this phone. And while I'm sorry for all of you too living this nightmare with me, its not our job to feel bad or fix it--duh everyone wants this phone its a major apple release you can't acted this shocked TMO. Its their problem they signed up for. They were NOT prepared for this at any length of the imagination and it keeps getting worse. Most new customers even got phones before me and I had my account over 10 yrs and ordered before them, hell even people walking in today got phones before me.

They didn't communicate one bit from the get-go. Saying anything about their site being delayed. Saying whose really getting 19th phones, when the obvious got info that determined a lot of us won't. Saying whats going on right now with orders.

If they were honest and open. Id relax a bit more about this. If they least put the info out there maybe so many people wouldn't be spam calling them. This is the worst apple release I've experienced and I've been in 6 launches. Probably will NEVER do a TMO preorder ever again.
 
so SOL if we didnt get anything. That sucks, I cancelled my order and the rep said it would take 2 hours to post, now they are saying 72 hours. F outta tmobie. Im going to the dark side soon! Verizon!
 
Well it is time to bid everyone here a farewell. I received my iPhone this morning and promptly switched from the M8.

Don't let this bad time ruin your iPhone 6 experience. It really is something to behold, and I really believe it is just about the perfect phone. You will love it when the time comes.

It has been really fun, and i'll miss a lot of you guys (not really :p)

I did not preorder because I was waiting for payday. Anyway, I wanted to order a 6 Plus today so I tried on T-Mobile.com. I got all the way through and signed my EIP (and I even got a copy emailed to me) but when I finished and clicked submit, I got an error message that says "Your order could not be processed at this time."

I have no idea what to do. I have a signed EIP agreement in hand, but apparently no phone order? WTF?

I've been on hold for 40 minutes now waiting for someone to help me. Any ideas?
 
I think I'm checking out for a while. It's pretty obvious no information is coming any time soon. No charge, no tracking, no information, incorrect promised delivery date, the list goes on. I'm just incredibly irritated that both myself and my wife, who sat on the computer that afternoon for me to try and get me a +, wasted so much time on the 12th thinking we'd actually get it. The reps don't know and the system is broken so unless a UPS label pops up, looks like we're all just stuck waiting. I feel like an idiot getting this mad over a phone but it's the misinformation and lack there of that has made this experience so terrible.

I keep telling myself I will stop thinking about it because it will come when it comes. But here I am, still.

They've got it just as bad, people on my twitter list received email confirmation for a 9/19 delivery now theyre being told 10/19

That happened to me like 10 times last week. It means nothing really if you don't have a confirmed order. I ended up placing it in store last friday

Confirmed I won't get mine today because the UPS guy parked in front of my house and walked over to the neighbors to deliver theirs :) I don't even want to know how people have already got their 64GB 6+ SG...

More people than I would like to admit. On the bright side there will be Saturday shipping so I'll be holding out hope for that too.
 
4 more planes about to land in Anchorage so my next hope I'll cling onto is that my order is somewhere in there and T-Mo delivers mine using Saturday delivery tonight because I JUMP!'d on Friday early.




But they probably won't. :rolleyes:

LOL. My UPS guy usually comes between 6-8p, courtesy so that I'm home when he delivers or at the very least, he isn't leaving my package out for very long (he hides it in a place out of view from the street). He's been my delivery guy for years & years so I always appreciate that. But today of all days I wish he would come earlier. Though it's not like he knows I am working from home today. lol. But the flip side is, he's delivered every iPhone I've ever had so he should know I'm sitting here waiting for it. hahah.

Anyway, I baked cookies for him & the other delivery guys he wants to share with as a thanks :)
 
I haven't even had a label created and I was charged (apparently) on the day I pre-ordered. As far as I'm aware there's been no activity since then.

How this happens? I don't even know. According to CS my order looks fine. I'll contact them again.
