I got all the texts and charged and this morning I checked UPS My Choice and ****ed if my tracking information wasn't there saying 'label created' today and I won't get my phone till Monday. :(
 
Not to piss you off, but I saw a new customer on this very forum get either one or two 64GB iPhone 6+ today and he ordered on 9/13 at 7PM!

Yeah dude, it seems like JUMP! and new customers got priority ahead of us. :confused:
 
Tmobile screwed up my order it was suppose to be a jump upgrade but it wasn't. I placed the order over the phone. They couldn't cancel it when I called or went into the store and I'm glad they couldn't. I was told to come in release day and do the upgrade and cancel then but because it's on its way and I guess I can go in later and get it sorted out. I wouldn't have wanted to stand in line and wait for a phone. But it was their mistake the order wasn't put through as a jump upgrade.

I see a lot of people getting their phones today that thought they wouldn't for weeks. I feel bad for those of you still in the dark but hope is not lost!
 
But the key is, how do we know if we're in the second batch or later? Even then, how did some of us end up in the >2 batch if we ordered earlier than some people with the same model who got theirs today? :mad:

No clue how they're doing the 2nd and 1st batches. I know I ordered on the 16th so obviously I won't be in the 1st batch. Also I ordered 3 6+ with 3 different sizes and 3 different colors, so my order is very complicated with short supply.
 
Hope is pretty bleak for anyone who ordered on Friday it seemed except for a handful of people. :confused:
If it wasn't for the fact that I ordered acessories for the iPhone Plus on Amazon I would just go in store and get an iphone 6.
 
You cancelling your order is idiotic. Why would you blame T-Mobile?

Because if I had the choice to have my phone now or in Oct. I would choose now. If you read the post, I didn't cancel it after all.

And it's TMo's fault because of their faulty info they have been giving out. They guaranteed when I preordered it I would have it on launch day. It's launch day. Still don't have. But my family has their coming in soon, while I do not. It's their faulty preorder process.

I'm sorry if you feel my decision was idiotic. Wait, I'm not. But I'm still justifying my actions regardless.
 
I removed jump around Wednesday. Did that affect my order? I didn't otder with jump though
 
Tried to get some more concrete info today. No luck. Called, waited for a call back for 45 minutes. Picked up, and they hung up on me.

Called again. Waited another half hour. They hung up again.

No we didn't. JUMP customer here. Ordered 9AM on 9/12. SG + 64GB and as of right now no charge, no eta, nothing.

Exactly, 8:55am on 9/12, SG + 128GB, got texts, got e-mail, got charged, no tracking number anywhere to be found. Even T-Mobile says it's not been shipped.. So unless the UPS guy randomly drops it off (and it doesn't show up in UPS My Choice somehow), we're all kind of SOL.
 
had an order for an 6+ , i signed the eip tmobile claimed it never came through but it was signed so they cancelled my order and expedited me a new order. he claimed its coming overnight.

This is what TMobileHelp just told me, After John Legere stepped in and told them to answer my question! HAHA.. That was cool to see... hehe

I had received the texts, email, etc,etc, but no number.. Like many.. Not even charged.. and NO JUMP.. Order 12, at 9am EST in-store

The thing is, I also ordered a 6+ 16 gb Silver for my brother and haven't heard anything either.

It's one giant cluster****

Ok. So the moral of this story is if you didn't order a regular 6, unless you got put on the lottery list too damn bad for you. I just wish they had a pattern. It's like they just drew numbers out of a hat.

From my casual reading it looks like new customers are in line ahead of JUMP people like us. Not sure there's any value to it since I could have sold my 5s and kept the difference between that and what I paid for it. Only good if you don't want to pay up front I guess.

This has happened to a few people. No update from TMobile OR UPS (no tracking by reference).. but their phone was delivered today (read back a few pages)
