Lol, I would be pissed off too. That's why I stopped staring out the window.

Here's my rub...regardless of when I get my phone (trust me at this point I'm ****ing over this whole cat and mouse waiting game) the problem I have is that I, a person who has a phone and tablet line with TMo, and who pays an additional $10 bucks a month for JUMP, has been completely left in the dark by the company I pay to provide service.

I ordered as soon as online JUMP could be done, before I could even get to a store. My shipping date was 9/19, delivery 9/20 expedited. Stayed that way until it went backordered on the 13th, delivery still said 9/20 for two more days. All reps said it would go out on launch day. My order was in the first batch. Yada yada yada.

Now, here we are on launch day and I have no tracking, no charge, no info, and worst of all no response from TMo as to what exactly is going on. @TMobileHelp says they want to look into my account then never respond. Chat reps, if they know anything, don't know what to tell me. JUMP priority is touted and guaranteed, yet new customers or new Non-JUMP EIPs are getting the same phone I ordered via JUMP today. I don't live in the boonies, I live in the middle of Los Angeles, and it might as well be Mars for the lack of ANYTHING from TMobile.

I've been through 7 iPhone launches and this has been the absolute worst because I was limited to ordering through a company that wasn't prepared for it. It's not hard to tell the truth, and maybe if TMo would do that in the case of myself or people like me this wouldn't be such a cluster**** for those of us in limbo.

And you couldn't track via ups. I'm getting hopeful as I'm in the exact situation you were in.

I'm hopeful, though not as desperate as I was before since I have an iPhone 6 to keep me entertained until my Plus arrives. I'm just doubtful if I can't find it via reference and UPS My Choice hasn't shown up with it either.

SAME :mad::mad::mad:

Just walked in and out of a T Mobile store with a new Phone

My plans of not pre-ordering the iPhone worked just fine. Granted, I was not after the elusive iPhone 6 Plus.

I lined up at the T Mobile store at our area at 7:30 AM with 5 people in front of me. The store opened at 8:00 AM. Walked out with a Space Grey 64 GB iPhone 6 at 8:15 AM.

They only had 64 GB Space Grey iPhone 6 in stock. Lucky, I wanted he same thing.

When I read that, I feel like I'm looking in a mirror. Finally someone with the same phone and nearly same location. I wish you good luck.

I ordered 648am est on the 12th thru customer care phone line since the site was still not up yet. They apparently didn't process the order into the system till after 8am. So people's order times may not be what you think they are.

My bill holder got a hold of the tier 3 customer service rep this afternoon since she had enough of this garbage debacle and the person there said that apple never told TMO how many phones they were getting or will get when. They didn't get the same amount of each either across the board it was a mixed batch. She also said that the 16GB Gold + was the most popular pick, which I find hard to believe seeing as I've read every page of this thread and everyone's on the 64GB Space Grey + train. But then again its a tiny sample size in relation.

They said most backorders are 4-6 wks wait but could obviously be shorter if they get more phones. They just dont know when.

8/12/14 @ 6:48am (processed apparently after 8am though)
Non-Jump! EIP Plan
16GB Gold 6+

I was backordered the 13th, backordered the 17th, the phone robot tells me processed not ready for shipping. I also got the text 9/22-9/30 is estimated delivery.

Went to the store today and all they had was the iPhone 6.
This is the case for 5 different stores I visited today.
Apparently, iPhone 6+ is rare.

Know some people who already got their orders in the mail.
All of them iPhone 6+ but not Space Gray.
So i'm really assuming that it's got something to do with the color.
Let's just all hope that when shipments come in today, they'll have our phones.

Also been trying to reach John Legre and TMobileHelp on twitter to no avail.

thats what i was told i placed my order at the store canceled my other one and it already says that its preparing for shipping my pre order says backordered still

Wow really? Crazy. I just signed up for new lines so I don't have an online account or anything set up yet so I can't log in and see status. I'd be interested in hearing when yours ships.

My exact situation!

in the grand scheme of things there are worse things in life than getting a new phone a couple of days late. I'm not surprised that things were more out of whack with T-Mo, you can't expect to have unlimited LTE for a low price without some sort of sacrifice.

So i've been following this thread since about page 37. lol I pre-ordered on the 12th at 11am PST, thats when my order was processed im on the east coast so that was really around 2pm EST.

64GB Space Gray 6+
EIP: Signed 09/12 | Jump! : Yes
Ground Shipping : 6.99 | Wednesday Text "09/22-09/30"
Zero Charges & Never had a Auth on my account

Here we are on release date and still no myUPS tracking or reference luck, MyTmobile says backordered, RoboLady says processed but not ready for shipment. Chatted with a rep earlier and she said she was able to pull my account and i should see and update within a day.......... Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that they have received phones and have not been charged for 2-3 days after so I still hold hope

I think I'm checking out for a while. It's pretty obvious no information is coming any time soon. No charge, no tracking, no information, incorrect promised delivery date, the list goes on. I'm just incredibly irritated that both myself and my wife, who sat on the computer that afternoon for me to try and get me a +, wasted so much time on the 12th thinking we'd actually get it. The reps don't know and the system is broken so unless a UPS label pops up, looks like we're all just stuck waiting. I feel like an idiot getting this mad over a phone but it's the misinformation and lack there of that has made this experience so terrible.

One of two packages has arrived.

My other one just updated to Monday. Annoyed. My wife's phone is here and she doesn't even care. Mine is delayed till Monday.

Ouch. Cancelled. They said my card declined when they went to charge (the hold is still on my card and other places have been charing my card) so my only option would be to re-place the order and get at the back of the line. I called yesterday and they said everything was fine with my order, including payment.

I am (was) a new customer. Not sure if I want to re-place the order with this company. It's hard to comprehend how blind the whole process has been.

Received my shipment about an hour and a half ago. Spent 90 minutes downloading apps, getting things configured, and more or less re-introducing myself to iOS after being on Android for 5 years (the original iPhone was the last iPhone I owned).

Aside from T-Mobile porting our phone numbers prematurely, leaving us without phone service for a day, the entire process was relatively smooth. That said, I can completely empathize with those of you who have not yet received your devices. I hope they arrive soon.

Very pleased with T-Mobile so far.
