Yup NonJump Customer here. Ordered 648am although they said it was in the system at 8 something am. of that 12th date. And I havent been charged. No label nothing. Just keep getting their backordered for next 4-6 wks.
 
This was from the Director of customer care. But who know? Guys we'll play the wait and see game. See how many people are pissed because it's sitting at the warehouse not being delivered tomorrow.

Is his name Arturo? If so we have the same director helping us and telling us different things.:confused:
 
John Legere just tweeted me back but all he said was that TMobileHelp will help me. But they won't. Per John, if you have been charged the device has been shipped, but who knows if that's true.

I still don't have a delivery date showing on my tracking.

So some of you are farther along than me! I have no idea what the website shows - last time we tried to log-in it was down. I have no idea if we were charged - not my card :p

I literally just received 2 messages from @TMobileHelp with two totally different answers, one telling me it's going to take 6 weeks and another saying that I'll be getting it between the 22nd and 30th.

This is a steaming hot mess.

I ordered on Sunday under the assumption that since I was Jumping, it would have been prioritized. Had I know it was going to be such a nightmare, I wouldn't have preordered and just tried my chances at an Apple Store since I work right next to one.

A mess.
