I've seen some people say they got deliveries this way.

Thanks. Honestly, label was created on 9/19-- I would assume it wouldn't show up today. But T-Mobile said "Friday" in the text / email sent on Wednesday, and I've heard that UPS seems to go above and beyond for iPhone launches, so it leaves just tiny shred of possibility that it will show up and that I'll want to be around for it.

In any case… how hard is it to tell UPS to hold onto it so I can just pick it up Monday if that's what needs to happen? I can't really hang around Monday waiting for it. (The "label created" status is annoying because it doesn't even tell you if UPS has possession of your phone yet.) Been a long time since I had to do that.

You ordered one of the hardest models to find. Why doesn't anyone get that the 6+ is a scarce model. Harder to produce and less were made in terms of 6 to 6+ ratio. Even apple sold out quickly the morning of the 12th. Why would you think if you ordered the next day you would have a phone even this month

I understand that but seriously a guy on here ordered his the 15th, the exact same model as mine and he shared his tracking information and that his was on the way.

Second I had my order in on the 12th as a non jump and the order was placed very early AM. Customer care had me cancel it and do a Jump order on the 14th on the promise my Jump order would take precedence against all non jump orders even if they were made on the 12th or 13th. Now look where I am phoneless because T-Mobile customer care is a bunch of LIARS. On a side note they did agree to credit me an entire months bill for their false information.

I figured it out

John is in Germany, probably prepping for Oktoberfest, he's the CEO of a $24 billion dollar company, during it's fist major phone launch ever and the dude is on vacation. Even if it's a work trip, he's abroad on the day one of his biggest business partners is releasing their phones on his network.

The boss is MIA.

So no one there gives an F, he's referring people to TMo help on twitter and they don't care b/c the dude is in Deutschland, probably going for a run and relaxing with a kölsch after, maybe a pretzel too. Maybe he's even munching on some Bavarian sausage, or perhaps a nice freshly baked brochen, maybe with a soft boiled egg or perhaps some fresh goat cheese.

Tim Cooke himself was at an Apple store this morning hanging with the customers, posing for photos and having a good time and John, "why the F not" Legere is on vacation! + It's a Friday! The TMo peeps were thinking about happy hour when they pulled up to work this morning.

I just noticed that it says my label was created YESTERDAY at 5 AM but I checked my My Choice all day yesterday and had no update and I didn't see the label all day. I'm hoping that UPS is just slow to update and my phone is on the way to me today

Hoorah, mine just showed up today.

UPS guy just rang the doorbell and took off. Wife opened the door and it was just laying on the floor. So much for "Signature Required." Thanks for leaving a $1000 product out in the open. Thought it was going to be a box, but it was just bubble packaging. The iPhone 6 Plus retail box is dented on its corners because it wasn't boxed, like Apple usually does.

Can't complain too much, at least I got it. But, still no one at T-Mobile can figure out what happened to my non-JUMP! preorder. The adventure continues...

You sir just gave me some hope. Any other information you received?

I am so sorry I came to T-Mobile

Nothing but problems every time I have to deal with them.

1. Brought four lines over from Verizon, had big trouble getting my ETF reimbursement. Took several phone calls and three months go get it straightened out.
2. Got lied to at the Irving Tx store when I got my iphone 5S, told me I could only get 16GB in stock model because I was jumping. Found out that was false.
3. Bought son a phone last Friday, their system was down in the morning. I asked if I could pre-order a phone they said no pre-orders on jump. This was at the Hurst, Tx corporate store. We all know that was bad info.
4. Did not get an email about Jump pre-ordering until Tuesday, 9/16. Thanks T-mobile!. Due to bad info at store I had no idea I could pre-order last weekend.
5. Lies on order, order stated it would ship by today, which did not happen. Phone line says same thing. I have no idea when it will be.
6. Text that said we would have an update in one or two days, it is two days now , no update.

This is horrible, I wish I could figure a way to get out of this. I may just sell the phones and either move back to Verizon or AT&T.

T-mobile has good ideas and horrible service and execution. I will pay more for good service. Thanks T-mobile!

UPS sucks..why the hell is my package been out for Delivery since 2:37am and still don't have it! its 4pm..jesus!

No problem.

Props for 'ChrisOh' for starting the trend.

I doubt it will make any difference at this point, but I'm obligated to try anything.

:apple:

I just hope I get some resolution.
I order at 3:30AM on 9/12 the moment the iPhone went live on the site and I get the dreaded 922-/30 email and have spoken to many CS reps and emailed and tweeted John Legere as well as TMobileHelp and I got a response back finally from TMobileHelp asking for by details, but I heard nothing since.

I was among the very first orders placed and I've had to sit here and watch other people who ordered 12 or more hours later or even the next day get their phone today while I have no idea what's happening with mine. Really frustrating.

I'm waiting till 4pm central and if nothing shows up I'm going back to being a functioning member of society. If I get a tracking number by tomorrow that would be great because i won't be in town after that. Its the main reason why I would like a tracking number. I don't care when it'll be delivered, I just need to when. *sigh*

Or maybe, just maybe, he brought the executive team to Amsterdam first... and they're chilling on a rental house boat, eating some brownies and laughing the pre order mess away...

I JUMP pre-ordered at 5pm on the 12th after about 9 hours of trying and having the site reject my order. After complaining on Twitter I got a call from the office of the CEO letting me know my order would get priority since I'm a JUMP customer, but so far I've gotten no tracking #, no charge on my card, and it still says I'm backordered. If nothing changes tonight I'm canceling and heading back over to AT&T. I pre-ordered several iPhones painlessly during my AT&T years and received them on launch day. No issues ever. T-Mobile isn't worth the hassle, and stress.
