Just got a Spigen to tide me over until I get one of the slimmer Otterbox ones. $13 or so on Amazon - ordered last night and got here today! The irony.

I got a tracking notification early this morning but it's remained in the "label created" purgatory all day. Don't see any flights coming to this area tonight so I'm hoping for Monday delivery. But hey I ordered on Monday so I can't really be too upset :)
 
Well, this is the last time I will preorder anything from Tmobile......


Pre ordered iphone 6 Plus 128gb SG on 9/12
Had a pre authorization hold on 9/13 for 571.69
Got the "friday" email
Called up robolady and she tells me that my phone is "processing but not available for shipment"

So what do I do?

Walked into a tmobile store and canceled the order and they suprisingly had a ton of iphone 6 128gb!!!! :cool:

Also a heads up, all tmobile stores will get another shipment of random sizes and models of iphones tomorrow morning @ 10 am :)

The problem with the Pre-order from T-Mobile was the fact that it could ONLY be done at T-Mobile and its website unless you wanted to buy outright from Apple. If I wanted an AT&T iPhone I had several routes to go to obtaining on while with T-mobile I had only 1.

Pair this fiasco along with the garbage that the top management handed out to the poor CSR to give out, I now know why they charge so much less than AT&T.

the frustration is totally valid. people need their phones for business and life, etc. i don't know what i would do if i was going out of the country, or even somewhere far away in the state, and didn't get my phone in time. that said, people taking this to the degree of PERSONAL VENDETTA are ridiculous and do, sincerely, need to calm down and take a better inventory of their lives.

Yeah just like the message I got saying I would get my phone today and that didn't happen... Hope the best for ya though
 
Also remember that guy on here who is from Brazil but ordered his iPhone 6 from T-Mobile whilst he's here in the USA (pack a couple hundred pages or so I believe).

which spigen? i got the airskin and it's p cool. i've always had otterboxes but, to repeat everyone else here, it might be too bulky (for me) to enjoy how thin the phone is. idk.

and man that place is no fun. i realized an hour or so ago that i am considerably less cranky than i was last night and i attribute that to the shipping label 4sure. lmao.

No charges.
Nothing has changed except "Backorder" to "Pre-order" on 9/17
Robo***** tells me my order is processing but not ready for shipping.
No tracking.

Any type of personal threats, attacks, or form of violence other than good ole ranting is totally out of line. No such thing should be tolerated.

That being said, that has not been the case here. I have my 2 iPhone 5's packaged up ready to be sent off for $300 each as I was assured my devices would be here today. Furthermore, if the phones aren't here by Monday, there will not be anyone to be here to receive the phones.

Honestly, I wish we could have ordered directly from Apple. I would have waited 2 months like I did for my iPhone 5 (which was my fault as I returned to repurchase) because I KNEW every step of the way what was going on. I could call at anytime and get solid responses. Anyways back to reading the rest of the ranting and raving,

totally, i understand this -- this clearly isn't at all gross entitlement.
 
Still no updates on anyfront. No charge, no label, no status phone or site update. 1 CSRep gave me my shipping 25 dollars back and the 2nd from twitter gave us 50 dollar credit to next bill. Still no word on phone status. Backordered till who knows when.

Rep keeps saying 16GB gold + is the most requested phone and they got hardly any +'s to give out.

Ha! Yea I mean it will be less of an issue if I hadn't received that dumb email on Wednesday (the fabled "you should receive your phone one), and been charged. Oh well.

Didn't do much research and just wanted a cheaper one to tide me over until I do some more looking. The Otterbox Commuter Series looks pretty decent, but I haven't seen one in person, etc.

Got the 9/22-9/30 text and still haven't been charged.

Ordered 10:30am PST 9/12 online using JUMP. T-Mobile still shows Backordered 9/13 3:02am.

Waiting on a 64gb Space Gray i6+. From the Bay Area.
 
I got tracking through ups mychoice around 10:30pm last night nothing from Tmobile. A friend of mine in Tempe who went to work today because he didn't expect to get his because Robolady says processed and online just says order placed received his today.
