I'm in the exact same situation.

Aside from hoping it comes today.. my last glimmer of hope is that once the tracking number is updated, maybe the expected delivery will get changed to Saturday (there was one person here who also has "UPS Next Day Air" service, but with an expected Saturday delivery).

Yeah... i'm giving it one more hour (it's 7pm EST at the moment), until I mentally give up for today. Tomorrow would be nice too. And I'm sure if I don't get it tomorrow... Monday would look promising as well. hahahaha
 
that's wild. yeah, perhaps someday? do you know why there was ever a carrier difference in choosing gsm vs cdma? was it a tradition thing or a sort of proprietary thing to keep people on their networks?

I think it was actually competing technologies, most of the rest of the world uses GSM and mostly always have. GSM by it's nature supports slightly better battery life and it's easier to switch networks by just popping a SIM in.

I remember reading a Wiki on this awhile ago, now I have to go refresh my brain :)
 
F! After just getting off the phone with the Office of the CEO Executive, I will not be getting my 64gb + Space Gray device today, they are monitoring my order and advised that I will not receive the device today.


^ DAMN EMPTY PROMISES! BEHOND PISSED OFF!!!!!

Anyone who doesn't already have tracking I'm advised can expect not to receive the device today.

So, to all my fellow Arizona people. I wish you luck, let me know what you ordered and if you actually receive the device today.

This whole experience has wasted my time. Again order placed 2am 9/12 over the phone with the Business Team.

First come first serve is an absolute lie. I repeat a lie. There is no rhyme or reason of who will be receiving their devices today. Next week, or even within the next few years.

I have been happy with T-Mobile up until this day of absolute HELL

I don't know of anyone from AZ that received their phones today. Even the TMobile stores were either empty or had just a few of one particular model. Most of the people that have posted from the Phoenix area have had no updates outside of the "1-2 days" email.
 
My order still says "processed" with no tracking. What sucks is that I went to a Tmobile store after work and they had some regular 6's available,however they couldn't cancel my order in store and that I would have to call and do it myself.

After calling and speaking to a rep they told me that since my order has processed it can't be canceled. Now I'm stuck waiting because I ordered on the 17th ( on the website it still says I'd get it by the 20th) when I could go pick one up right now,annoying.

I ordered on the 12th, and I didn't get mine today, and no indication I'll get it next week

San diego here. No updates via text or email. new customer. 3 phones (regular old 6's). Status page says being processed. nothing on ups my choice. Robolady is stating being processed since the 16th. I was charged on the 16th as well.
 
So a T-Mobile executive called me. Sadly, it was a waste of time. She had no idea that all iPhone preorders were upgraded to overnight. She told me that I won't expect a phone until next Friday.
 
Received a call, but not very happy

I emailed the CEO and expressed my displeasure at this fiasco and explained all the problems I have had over the last year since I switched form Verizon. Bottom line is the assistant who called me back gave me a 6.99 refund.

I was pleasantly surprised at the call though.

Not happy, I have had so many issues, I spend $300 a month with T-Mobile and have never asked for anything free.

I was with Verizon for 13 years and it is looking like i made a terrible decision switching over. i have emailed them back and will see if they will do anything to show good will.
 
I was charged yesterday and I didnt get a tracking number , Last text I got said that when it's delivered I would be notified. So now I dont know whats next.

am currently on hold with them, this idiot is trying to tell me that i will not be getting my phone for 6 weeks from the pre-order date now!

keep in mind i received the delivery text/email message saying delivery for today was a go and i ordered on 9/12 at 6:15 am for a 6 Plus Silver 64GB and was charged for the phone on wednesday.

he is saying that all 6 Plus iPhones 64 GB and above are on backorder for 6 weeks from the 9/12 date no matter what even though i told him several people on this forum have gotten that same device delivered today with and without a tracking number.

i just threatened to cancel my service and want to speak to someone higher up and am currently on hold with the loyalty department.

don't even know what to say right now...

i thought it was only jump and 9/12 orders that were upgraded to overnight? then again that's one of many competing pieces of information :/

Same here. Hoping for Monday. Space Grey 128gb 6+. Got charged today. No update to order page or UPS tracking by reference.

Well I guess I'm not a new T-Mobile customer after all. Order canceled without explanation, 4-6 weeks before a new phone will be shipped if I recorder now, no keeping my early AM place in line. Just a nice FU from customer support. Thanks!

Perfectly executed failure TMobile, it takes planning to be so effective! I was wondering how anyone could possible keep me from leaving Verizon. Little did I know it would be their most promising competitor.

I hope people don't fall for that reorder/backorder crap (plus new credit check). In 4-6 weeks you will have been able to either walk into a store and buy a phone, or got it off the Apple site. Literally no reason to reinstate the order...

...or be a customer for that matter.
 
When I re-ordered this morning I was told I would have my phones on the 19th. Granted they are standard 6's. That makes me at least think that there is a healthy stock of phones, just not the 6+.

Again, I am just holding out hope that there is just a backlog and phones are in the process of packaging and being shipped.

In the same boat and have currently been on hold for 1 hr and 20 minutes. THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!
 
For every saying to 'calm down', no one is having a stroke over this. However, people PLAN things around this. Like selling old iPhones, transferring service, LEAVING THE COUNTRY, and various other reasons. When they are given info they plan around it.

The problem with the Pre-order from T-Mobile was the fact that it could ONLY be done at T-Mobile and its website unless you wanted to buy outright from Apple. If I wanted an AT&T iPhone I had several routes to go to obtaining on while with T-mobile I had only 1.

Pair this fiasco along with the garbage that the top management handed out to the poor CSR to give out, I now know why they charge so much less than AT&T.

I spent an hour this morning trying to fix my 2 step authentication for my University's login because I wiped my current device expecting to send it in this week for JUMP!.
