2) Will you buy theWatch? Standard, Sport or Edition? Which band was your favorite from the videos? I personally love the look of that Milanese band.

My CC was charged today even though I was told 6 to 8 weeks backorder. When I called back the rep kept repeating my name and saying "Mr Smith, we are going to give you all the information we have and make this process easier for you"

I ordered a space grey 64 gb 6+ at about 4 AM PST on the 12th, signed my EIP as soon as I received it. A few days ago I got a text saying that I would get my phone between the 22nd and the 30th. I was not happy about that and called customer service. The rep agreed that I should have gotten the phone on the 19th based on my order time. He actually called the warehouse for me to find out what was up, and was told they had no iPhones left, everything that was there got shipped out already for Friday shipments.
He offered me a credit once I got the new phone and activated it, didn't say how much. Today I checked My UPS and saw a shipment coming from T-Mobile due to arrive Wednesday. I was all excited until I realized it was my Cellspot, not the phone. My card has been charged for the full amount (EIP+taxes+shipping), and while I already got a credit back for the shipping, I'm still annoyed by this whole thing. If it turns out that the only way to get a 6+ anytime soon was to get it in that first batch, I will be asking for the mother of all credits to my account. I've really liked T-Mobile since I've been with them, but this whole process has been completely bungled.

There's a shortage of screens for the 6+. The article below says they're making 140k 6+ per day. Screen yields are at 50-60%. iPhone 6 is at 400k per day.

They can't find their ass from a hole in the ground. These entire ordering procedures were ****ed from the start. No way they had the time from being clueless to purposely delay an order. And seeing from this thread I didn't contact them nearly as much as others that got devices.

According to T-Mobile Execs. Nobody will be getting devices on Saturday as they are not contracted for Saturday Delivery for Next Day Air....

I'm in NY so I had to stay up till 3am thinking I would be able to order it online only to see that they were not up on the site yet, sat there refreshing till 6am and decided to call it in instead. Felt pretty good believing I made it in to the first order group.
No updates. Still just says label created. I figure Its either that UPS hasn't scanned it again, or T-Mobile is waiting for a shipment of 6+ to be able to pair my order with that label.
All this good news in the this thread and you come in here and drop this negative bomb on us all, how dare you?

No text- I'm a new customer. However, I received the FRIDAY email on Wednesday. Needless to say, I'm kind of ticked.
So I talked to a manager and a higher level cs rep today while at a tmobile store. Basically if you have been following along all the issues with orders have stemmed from the sept 12th fiasco of ****ing up orders when the store went up and down.
Right now my order has been "processing" since the 16th with no texts or emails about where the hell my order is. They say its going to be delivered but no one can say when. I think there is a massive glitch on our sept 12th orders, and t-mobile has no freaking clue how to solve it.
Its really frustrating and I am new customer to boot.
