The way they screwed the jump people over on launch day and then tried to fix it by giving them priority screwed EVERYTHING up! cuz then there had to be orders moving around... if they woulda started off right then it woulda still been a long wait for some but it woulda been more accurate with when you placed your order rather then if you have jump or not or when you ordered and if you ordered online or in store or over the phone.. its crap!
 
got a space grey 16gb plus and silver 16gb plus coming tomorrow next day air shipping. order placed saturday around 1 est.

This is what I don't understand. Folks who ordered a day later get the phones earlier. Shows how poorly tmobiles back end systems are. They need an upgrade methinks.
 
What would really be great is if John Legere himself would come on this thread and explain why Tmobile dropped the ball on this one. All the JUMP customers basically paid to have their orders delayed. Hurray! Yay for us.
 
So I heard this is one of the new features on the 6 and 6+? Can anyone confirm?

So for the last of us who ordered on the 12th, any updates? UPS is still giving me nothing.


Just have the pending charge on my card since about 230 PM CT. No tracking number tmobile.com says "pre-order" with a check mark.
I did receive a text saying estimated delivery is between 9/22 and 9/30 though.
 
SF Bay Area here. Just thought I'd say I haven't even got a tracking number, no reference number under the sun works for me either.

That is jacked up that you haven't got your phone, yet people who ordered it the day after you have.

somone email john legere and get his ass in the thread! i wouldn't be surprised to see him on here in all honesty! He's calling people up! dude is a badass! its just they screwed all this up lol
 
Canceled my T-Mobile order. Tired of being lied to and getting different answers from CS.
