Man, screw T-Mobile.
Ordered via phone (called Retentions) at 5:18 AM PST on the 12th. EIP, non-Jump! order. 64 GB Space Gray 6.
Got all the texts/emails saying that my phone would be at my door sometime on the 19th.
Bank was charged on Wednesday, but I just looked and the charge has fallen off.
Never got a tracking number. MyChoice on UPS doesn't work with reference tracking. Status on T-Mobile's site says "Preordered", but on backorder. But it said that prior to being told that it would indeed be here today.
So I called today and do you know what this broad had the nerve to say? When reading through the notes she saw that I got the email or text yesterday saying that it would ship overnight and be here on Friday. This chick had the audacity to say "well, it doesn't say what Friday". And she didn't have a hint of joking in her voice. I was absolutely floored, but I guess that sums up this whole iPhone 6 debacle.
I just want answers man. The phone will come and I don't mind waiting. But for the love of all things holy, LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY PHONE PLEASE. Last I heard it was supposed to be here today. Now? Nobody can tell me anything. Maybe I can expect it by Christmas. Personally, I'm going to bitch and moan to the Retentions Dept. until I get at least 1 month of service paid for. And then I'll probably jump ship.
This whole thing is ridiculous and shows just how inept T-Mobile is and how far behind AT&T and VZW they really are. Unbelievable.
