I think i read somewhere that the router they are giving out is actually like $200 retail... and it'll have the new iPhone 6 wifi capabilities which is the 802.11ac

what exactly do you have to say to get the router ? is it just with the purchase of a new iPhones ?

How are my Phoenix area people looking?

I still have not received my iPhone 6 64 gb in gold. I got the text saying it would be here today, it's not. My account was charged. No update on T-Mobile. UPS says that two labels were created, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. I have no idea when I am getting my phone and have been unable to get answers.

Side question. Who can I reach out to to file a complaint and have it heard? The store messed up my account when I paid off my phone. I had two phones with EIP and they paid off my husband's and not mine. I sold my phone but according to the remaining EIP I still owe money on it. Normally wouldn't be a big deal if I kept the phone. However, they had the wrong IMEI attached to the remaining EIP plan. This would make it impossible to use Jump with the remaining phone we have. The store refused to fix it and tried to convince me to just not use Jump later down the road. They stated there was nothing they could do and that I had to live with it because changing the IMEI would be fraud.

I had a pre-auth yesterday. It fell off this morning and another pre-auth was done today. I haven't heard a peep from T-Mobile during this whole process. I'm just watching UPS My Choice.
 
I ordered 2 iPhone 6+s on 9/12 at 5:30am, 6:00am (PT). I got 2 new shipping labels for shipment tomorrow. I originally had a shipment label created this morning around 8:50am (EST) that was around 2.3lbs, these new packages are 1.2lbs each.

THey both say Saturday delivery by 12pm. The original one said Monday... i hope it comes tomorrow!
 
Anymore planes coming in? Maybe our 6+ 64gb's will be on that plane.

Most likely the pieces of glass and steel that make up my iPhone are still in the friggin ground! I'm willing to bet someone gets their iPhone 7 Plus Plus before I get my Iphone 6 Plus.

And me. No further contact since the "expect your phone 9/22-9/30" text. My order switched from backordered to pre-ordered, and I have a pending charge on my account. And that's it.

I don't want to give Verizon my money, but come the 22nd I'll be paying for Jump on a phone I don't even have. Verizon Edge is more expensive on a month per month basis, and I hate that they charge overages on data usage, but if paying more means both better coverage and more consistent customer service, then that may be worth my time.

Yeah I had hoped after that pre-order morning this was all smooth sailing but its like nonstop misinformation and drama with each day.

Backordered to Pre-order? Nope, you're not holding onto the same piece of drift wood we are, looks like you got upgraded to a lifeboat that's queuing you up to get back onto a new boat (AKA, you're getting yours soon most likely).

Our orders have went cold since the 9/22-9/30 text/email.
