T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Fudge. It's 2am here and the Louisville plane leaves 30 minutes. Nothing on UPS yet. I'm screwed.
 
Well i got screwed. I preordered last week at the store for a regular 6 and called to check what my status was since i didn't hear back from them. Apparently the guy at the store put my order in as a 6+ so I've been backordered forever. Apparently i can't even cancel it, just have to wait till it gets delivered then say I am not accepting it. Then order a 6 once my trade in phone gets cleared.

Nope. I tried all the numbers on my account but I can't see any label.
I chatted with Sales earlier and they gave me a new number (not on my account) saying it's the number of the new iPhone I ordered. I tried that but it doesn't work either. A lot of people didn't have tracking numbers but they received their phones. I haven't even been charged yet. But still hoping for Monday... or better yet, Saturday! :D

Go back to the store and get a regular 6 there then refuse the shipped iPhone when it arrives.
Or at least that's what I would do. Here in my area, they do have a lot of stocks of the regular 6. The manager I was talking to earlier was even complaining why they got "many" iPhone 6 128GB when almost every who lined up wants the 6 Plus. LOL.

The guy on customer care said they might not even be able to get me another line since my att phone is already put in for trade in for the 6+ order. I'll have to see when I go in tomorrow. Hoping the store has the regular 6 in stock still or I'm going to be going around driving to a bunch of stores tomorrow lol.

Try to ask them if you can just add a new line to your new account with them. Since you already have an account with them, you could try adding an extra line. Then when the device comes, send the phone back and cancel all lines you added. I'm pretty sure there's something they can do about it. Good luck! :p
 
We'll just called robo lady and she's saying my phones shipped and have me tracking, but I already found it on ups. Funny how I got no text message or anything about shipping since I had pre ordered last Friday.

Atleast im Getting it tomorrow tho!!

Good for you! I called Robo-Crazy and she says my order is "being processed" and will be delivered September 19, 2014. Oh, but wait... it's already the 20th. Crazy. LOL.
 
What's funny is earlier yesterday I got call from tmobile executive office and she said I won't be getting phone for atleast next Monday and that's if I'm lucky. She said just wait it up... Didn't feel like arguing and finished the call. After I got home 3 hours later I checked ups and found a label made.

This shows how it doesn't matter who you speak with, they know nothing about your orders and It seems like everything is shipping without tmobile emplyees knowing and I guess the machines just put all the info to ship out and tmobile finds out later.

Go to Apple.com and check inventory for all stores around you by selecting the device, storage, and color.

I was just able to score an iPhone 6+ 128GB Verizon [ I know it can be used on TMO :D ] ... showed available for pickup in store and card got charged right away!!!


Couldn't find any TMO ones...but people are getting those, esp in S.Cali ...

Apple is restocking their store inventory and updating the website real time for store pickup!!

Likewise, I keep checking every hour and once a 64gb plus space grey pops up I'm gonna purchase it asap so I can cancel my tmobile order

Wait, so how is that gonna work? Does that mean I get a contract with Verizon and just move it over to T-Mobile? I see it's available here in my area. I'm in San Diego.
 
Yeah, I signed up with VZW ... $55 plan + $35 activation fee + $499 [ device ] ...then cancel after a month and pay some prorated charges ( ~ $50 ) and ETF $350

Paid $538.xx today.

All Verizon LTE devices are Factory Unlocked!!!

You could port from VZW to TMO or just throw the VZW SIM (yes, LTE devices use SIM on CDMA too ) with TMO's, and you're golden!

Or, I'm wondering if I bring my device to TMobile [ open a separate line under mine or under my cousin/brother/sister/father/mom/wife's name ] ... they might even pay my Verizon ETF ??
 
Hey guys, a little update. UPS and tmo website both shows my 6 plus as shipped for delivery today. Silver 64gb. So, keep checking.
