So I am starting to become very frustrated with this situation. I ordered on the 12th. I was then advised to cancel that order by customer service and make a JUMP order on the 14th. I did that. Now they have charged my card as of yesterday, but I have ZERO information beyond that.

My card company even confirmed it is a charge not a hold so that excuse from T-Mobile is not valid.

With that said, I find it very frustrating to now have charges on my account and no phone even in transit from what I can tell. How is that legal.

this may seem dumb, but how do i activate the new phone? I'm new to tmobile.

call tmobile cs... Take out the sim card (which is gonna be a bitch to take out) give them the number on their and thats it!

Yeahhhh... everyone I've seen with that phone is waiting (me included) so don't feel like you're the only one. I think they've received VERY little of that exact phone but this upcoming week it should get better now that launch is out the way.

Got all the texts stating delivery yesterday but that didn't happen.. It was instead delivered today, I looked outside right as the UPS man was driving up! Man that was an exciting moment for me haha this is my FIRST time ever pre-ordering the iPhone. Normally just walk in store on launch day and buy it

So I got a tracking number as I was in an escalation to someone else within TMOBILE

The tracking number indicates no shipping has occurred. I called UPS to confirm that the tracking number is legit. It is, but it hasn't shipped.

So probably getting it Monday (crosses fingers) unless the shipping information doesn't update :(

Upgraded to "next Day Air", or to "Next Day Air Saver"?

I was upgraded to Next Day Air Saver from Ground and the phone arrived in my area (Portland) yesterday, but too late to be delivered. The "Saver" upgrade does not give Saturday delivery and the UPS site has shown Monday since last evening.

Ordered iPhone 6+/64gb/SG on 9/12 3pm PST. Nothing other than the 9/22-9/30 text from a few days ago. No CC charge. JUMP! upgrade.

The best indicator that your phone is coming soon-ish is if your card has been charged. i know theres tons of people complaining cuz they've been charged forever ago. I think that just means they're getting it this week. i haven't been charged either. but with the iPhone 6 i received yesterday which is my lil brothers. i was charged and i got it a few days later. so thats a good indicator.

So Apple will sell these outright, now? (for full price?) Seems like it used to be they'd only sell them if you had a VZW account and line you were upgrading-- you had to go to a Verizon store to buy them off contract. If so, nice!

Yeah, this is one of the reasons I'm doubting the 4-7d estimate -- no cc activity.

The thing about the CC activity is that it can happen at any moment! so keep an eye on it. I just have a notification that'll pop up if my CC has been charged. lol so i don't have to keep going in and checking.
 
What I've learned through all this, is that T-Mobile is just not run well enough or have the resources to handle this kind of volume.

It makes no sense to be on Jump if you can buy your phone outright. If I ever get my phone I am going to pay it off immediately with a no interest credit card. The next time I need to upgrade, I will order from Apple directly.

As to the current situation, I think last weeks computer problems helped contribute to this situation. My order was cancelled and I never received emails from T-Mobile after my order was placed. Just text messages along the way.

Now that I have re-placed my order yesterday I am getting emails and texts indicating progress. My phone should be here in nine days although I am hoping less. Am I disgusted and pissed off? Enough so that I will never trust T-Mobile with orders again. I do have a 5S that is working fine, so I can do everything today that I could with a new phone. My old phones will go on eBay whatever day I get my phones.

If I were the upper management of this company I would be embarrassed.
