This was super fun guys, I found a 128gb SG iphone 6, and decided to get it and cancel my pre order. I literally got so sick of waking up with nothing, and no info. Everyone here was amazing, had the time of my life haha, so see you guys either for the 6s+or the 7! Hope you guys waiting get some info soon, I freaking understand how much it sucks.

I know I had to go in and enable private messages because its not the default setting.
 
Folks, Apple has LOTS of phones available now via in-store pickup.

Check your local stores. I just grabbed a tmobile phone from a local store available today, and I will cancel my online order.

Yes, that's true as long as you're not looking for a plus. And if you used your jump upgrade already, you're not going to be able to do that in the Apple Store. So if they happen to have a T mobile device which many of them don't and you willing to pay full price then you can do it.
 
For all those with iphone 6+ 16gb space gray there's a guy in here who's in contact with John Legere right hand man after an email he sent and he's keeping me updated cuz we both ordered the same phone. He said that CS reps are giving out this 6-8 week range but he was honest and said that for the specific order we made we wouldn't get it by launch or the week of launch but definitely that 2nd week early. He said that if they continue to receive bigger than expected shipment it could be sooner but it's no where close to that 6-8 week mark. He also said they're receiving new shipments every single day! I can only speak for those who ordered the exact device I did. Take it like you want it. The guy said he would keep him updated so I will too if you have that exact device ordered.

P.s. CS reps are saying there will be no overnight shipping but this guy said they will overnight every pre order. Idk if that includes Saturday delivery tho.

P.s.s The guy also said that the 6+,64gb, SG was the most popular phone and that one could definetly take a while longer if you haven't really received much info about it =\

Yes, I got an email from John Legere's right-hand man and then I received a call from a gal working in his office in the bottom line is there's absolutely nothing they can do to get the phones to you any quicker they're going to get here when they get here so all this calling customer service and sending emails to John Legere and tweeting him etc. is all just a complete waste of time. The phone is going to get here when it's going to get here and there's nothing they can do to help you
 
Now I'm starting to wonder if I can trust the 4-7d estimate that tmobile gave me. I haven't seen that estimate given anywhere else, so maybe it's just what threw out there to get me off their back?

T-Mobile order "fell out" the system. Seriously?

I pre-ordrerd on the 12th. I ordered by phone. I signed and returned the EIP. I checked status throughout the week (new customer portal). Status got to "Electronic Signature Completed" on Thursday. Today the order is no longer found at all. When I talked to T-mobile just now, they said the order was completely dead inexplicably. They assured me the only thing they can do is place a new order and get to the back of the line. Coming from ATT for many years, I have a perspective on what a few dollars more a month can do for reliability and service. I'm completely turned off by this experience. I guess you stick with the devil you know.

Lol yuuuuuuup! but as far as getting direct updates from them is better than what CS or these text messages so ill take it. the guy who's contacting him said that he can text or call his personal line if he has any questions or concerns which is pretty badass to me.

I think most people are just pissed on the way they handled it. Instead of just saying that from the get go, or just telling people that it'll be a week or two. They instead opted for leaving people in the dark, and then giving people the runaround. I don't mind waiting, it was just the fact that I was told Friday, and waiting around on Friday for nothing. :eek: They could have handle the pre-order a lot better than they decided to go about it.
 
Pretty sure this 6+ 16GB Gold phone doesn't exist. In every batch not a single person says they get one. All the +'s I see are 64GB-128GB and most often SG.

No charge, no change in status, no robolady update, no label yet. As everyone after me gets their orders. This is pretty beyond frustrating.

They should have made it as simple as the line at Kmart. Take a number, your next in line.

Should have had two sets of orders. Order for Jump! heres your ticket. your #1345 to receive your device on (DATE).

Non Jump your order #143 you will have your device on (Date)

They knew their inventory. Don't let anyone pursuade you to beleive different.
