WOOOO! It came just about an hour and a half ago.

It's been real everyone, I truly hope you guys get what you ordered in a decent amount of time, especially the ones who have felt screwed by T-Mobile.

More important, do NOT get the phone and stop being heard, T-Mo does a lot of great things but this is not something we can just let them skate on. Things need to change for next year. I'll still be checking in on you guys of course.

If you don't have it, it's a beautiful weekend get out there, maybe watch some football tomorrow... it's on its way.

I totally agree. I've been saying this whole time that what screwed all this up was the whole Jump thing. I'm not hatin on them cuz it does suck they couldn't get their orders in but having them put ahead in the queue really was too many moving parts and that's where they went wrong.

For sure-- no doubt the system wasn't designed for massive re-prioritization of orders out of sequence. Sounds like a nightmare to try to pull off (come on this is T-Mobile who we already know has some kinks in the system).

For all those with iphone 6+ 16gb space gray there's a guy in here who's in contact with John Legere right hand man after an email he sent and he's keeping me updated cuz we both ordered the same phone. He said that CS reps are giving out this 6-8 week range but he was honest and said that for the specific order we made we wouldn't get it by launch or the week of launch but definitely that 2nd week early. He said that if they continue to receive bigger than expected shipment it could be sooner but it's no where close to that 6-8 week mark. He also said they're receiving new shipments every single day! I can only speak for those who ordered the exact device I did. Take it like you want it. The guy said he would keep him updated so I will too if you have that exact device ordered.

P.s. CS reps are saying there will be no overnight shipping but this guy said they will overnight every pre order. Idk if that includes Saturday delivery tho.

P.s.s The guy also said that the 6+,64gb, SG was the most popular phone and that one could definetly take a while longer if you haven't really received much info about it =\

I have the same order as well please keep me posted!!!!

Did you see the post I just posted a lil bit ago? I'll private message you it. Well actually what phone did you get again? I think we got the same one but I don't remember

I ordered a 16gb sg 6+ on 9/12 via phone as well. Eip compeleted email received at 6:36am EST. Id like to be kept in the loop as well if you hear anything.

All I have been told is that with how early I ordered I should have received yesterday, but they dont know when I will receive.

We got 2 iPhone 6+ 16g SG ordered 9/14/14 9:47am and now back ordered. Keep me in the loop.
Ps how do you PM/DM?

This isn't Apple's fault. The accurate and timely relay of information to the customer is the job of the service provider, not the manufacturer of the phone.

We all know how Apple works with launch devices. There are ALWAYS shortages, so delays are expected. But it is up to the carrier to relay that to the customer. If T-Mobile told me today that I won't get my iPhone until November, would I be pissed? Yes, but at least I would know when to expect the device that I've paid for.

I can only speak for myself, but my guess is that most people aren't upset by the delay. They're pissed because T-Mobile has done a piss poor job of keeping the customer informed. I mean, they assured me repeatedly via email/text and phone conversations that I would have my phone yesterday. I have no phone and no information on when I should expect it. That isn't Apple's fault.

THIS! ^^^^^^^

T-Mobile has NOT managed expectations .. they've done a horrible job.. If I'm told, texted and emailed Friday Delivery, or 1 week, or whatever, I expect that to be reliable information... Delays happen, we knew demand would be high.

They could be backordered for weeks.. it wouldn't matter because we get texts, emails, and then told different things from customer service, depending on who we talk to.. the story changes. NOT good.

And then told to not trust those emails/text.. but, wait for the next one! YAY.. the next text we can trust. right?

No, it's not Apple's fault.. T-Mobile knew what they had, or should have, and failed to manage the expectations and scheduling for the customer.

At this point, sadly, anything they tell me, is suspect. Credibility is shot.

Looks like there are some stores with 6+ models available (Apple Store) within an hour's drive for me, but they're either not grey and mostly 16GB models... don't really want to compromise on both size and color... but it's tempting.

I heard the same thing you did. I'll keep you posted whenever I hear something.

Pretty much my experience exactly-- roughly the same order time, though I didn't really bug @tmobilehelp or call about the status of my order, and my original arrival estimate was 9/29. Mine appears to be on a truck for delivery today-- hasn't shown up yet, but it's earlier here than it is in NY.

Kinda nuts that the very very earliest 6+ orders didn't even make launch day. Curious if 9/19 6+ recipients were prioritized JUMP upgrades.

No they weren't. The only people who got 6+ 64GB SG's on the 19th were new customers or people without JUMP!.

So I am starting to become very frustrated with this situation. I ordered on the 12th. I was then advised to cancel that order by customer service and make a JUMP order on the 14th. I did that. Now they have charged my card as of yesterday, but I have ZERO information beyond that.

My card company even confirmed it is a charge not a hold so that excuse from T-Mobile is not valid.

With that said, I find it very frustrating to now have charges on my account and no phone even in transit from what I can tell. How is that legal.

Just got my 128 6+ SG few minutes ago. Definitely not 128GB, it's showing 115gb capacity and 110gb avail lol. But I hope everyone gets there phones soon.

It's is 128GB. There are 1,073,741,824 bytes per GB, while the 128GB is measured at 1,000,000 bytes per GB

Also, when did you order your phone? Date and time (AM/PM, timezone)?

Wb Ashford, tbh I'm starting to lose interest with this new phone. This has left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Tmobile owns you...

Or so it seems...

Don't worry... I'm like many of the others are in the same boat as you... CHARGED... but no device in my hands.... WTH!

So I got a tracking number as I was in an escalation to someone else within TMOBILE

Plus
Next day air when my original order was on UPS Ground

Con
The tracking number indicates no shipping has occurred. I called UPS to confirm that the tracking number is legit. It is, but it hasn't shipped.

So probably getting it Monday (crosses fingers) unless the shipping information doesn't update :(

I ordered at 4:51 am on the 12th via phone, no JUMP! - still haven't seen any progress on the order or any updates. Looks like everyone is getting screwed.

Yesterday I got a generic executive response email, today I got an executive phone call.

I've tried to actually cancel my order multiple times at this point so I just asked him to cancel it, he said something to the effect of are you sure? I said yup, I already moved on to AT&T and my SIMs come next week. He apologized, hopefully the end.

I hope he actually cancels it, he was a nice person but it is what it is at this point. I can't give them anymore money.

On a side note I just came home from a local Apple store, had plenty of AT&Ts in stock in most variations I believe. I played with the 6 & 6+ and I'm not going to rush getting it at this point. To me, it doesn't have that same premium feel the 4/4s/5/5s have, I know I'll have to move on to keep up with the times eventually, but I'm not longer in a rush.

-- and of course, I check it and now it's shipped.

F!CKING A TMOBILE YOU CAN'T EVEN CANCEL AN ORDER RIGHT!! Someone else here who is desperate for it could have had it in their hands on Monday.. What a joke.
